    Just before arriving at Peggy’s Bette gives Jamie her phone and tells her to text Kit so she would know they were a few blocks away.

    Wow looks like most everyone’s here. Bette then thinks Tina must be frantic because she wasn’t there yet…I’m so in the doghouse…she mutters but they all heard including Erin.

    Aunt Tina makes you sleep with Sam when you’re being bad? Erin says so innocently

    They get out of the vehicle and Bette carries Erin up the stairs to the front door and has a talk on the way.

    Ok Erin I’m going to need your help in surprising your Aunt Tina. Would you like that?

    Oh Boy would I. She rubs her little hands together in excitement. What do I do?

    Inside Kit has gotten the text and has made her way to a very upset Tina who was trying to hide it from everyone but Kit had heard her conversation with Bette earlier. Kit knew Tina would regret it after she sees what Bette was bringing with her and why she was late. Kit went and gave nods to Alice and Shane so they could help distract Tina for the next few minutes and get Bette and Tina’s mom in the door without her seeing them. Shane stayed by the door keeping a look out while Alice and Kit swarmed Tina.

    Hey, baby girl looks like it’s going to be a great night and Mrs. Carmichael said she has everything set up. You know some of these desserts look really good. I was thinking of putting some of them on my new menu. Shane signals to Kit they were there.

    Really? Tina says taking her mind off Bette for a second.

    Yeah…She said she has a delivery route in the area. She told me of a few places that carry her products.

    Wow I didn’t know she was that big. Kit could see Bette carrying Erin and had to hide her excitement because she knew that Erin brought out a different side to her baby sister that Kit had never seen before…a motherly instinct. She sees Bette put Erin down and whispers in her ear.
