Ok ladies. Stevie says loud enough to get all of their attention. What you have on the table before you are samples of six different pieces of cake with the icing. I would like you to use the paper in front of you to rate each piece that is listed from one to six. Six being most delicious and one being your least favorite using each number only once. You can use the bottom half to write notes about each piece to help make your decision. Does everyone understand?

Everyone nods yes. Great let’s start with the pistachio nut then move on with the red velvet, carrot, dark chocolate, lemon, and end with the white with raspberry cream filling.

At the end of the night, they chose the pistachio nut as their favorite and the white with raspberry cream filling as the alternate in case anyone was allergic to nuts. Bette and Tina stayed back to talk with Stevie and chose a design for their cake.

Well it was a pleasure meeting the two of you and may I say you make a lovely couple. I’m very excited to create your cake.
