    Talice Lovers: Chapter 3

”Alice, PLEASE!” Tasha didn’t mean to raise her voice but she did. At this point in the relationship she’s kind of vibing with Alice on the whole communication thing. This time though, even she knew she wasn’t ready to talk because if she did she might say something she’d regret. Since she loved Alice she didn’t want to hurt her but she did need time to finish processing this alone. The truth was she still had feelings for Simone. Not like the ones she had for Alice but Simone had a special place in her heart which is why she was happy to have her still as a friend. She was still someone she could talk to and she was good at giving her space. Despite the little indiscretion Simone committed during one of their ”on the break moments,” Tasha knew Simone loved her and had her back no matter what. She had a hard time telling Simone goodbye when she made the decision to not purse the relationship further it had been painful but it was the right thing to do. She had her plans and Simone had hers they remained friends over the course of the years which is what Tasha really wanted. Although, they remained friends Simone had proven tonight she still posed as a threat and weakness. Simone was the first relationship of significance not just a one night stand but she was someone she’d thought she’d love forever. When she finally came to terms with who she was she did think about maybe rekindling their relationship but before she could act on it Alice happened capturing her heart.

”Please Al,” Tasha says a little softer and pulls her close to her, ”Just give me a minute, please.” Looking into Alice eyes it is evident she is hurt. Giving Alice a hug she lets her know that everything will be all right before walking away.

That one minute turned into 4 hours later and Alice started to worry especially since she couldn’t get in contact with Tasha she left her cell phone at the house. Tasha ended up going to her and her father’s favorite spot. It was a lot for her to handle and she knew that was the place that would help her think things through. Battling with the code she always stood by she knew it could no longer be valid. The love she felt for Alice weighed over all of that. Eventually, she began heading home and it seemed like it took forever for her to get there. When she walked through the door there sat both her mom and Alice on the couch waiting for her and the look on Alice face told her she wasn’t happy at all. The glare from Alice eyes told the whole story but she still smiled at her only because her mother was sitting right there.
