3 Months…

So my sister is basically fucked right now. She came to my house late last night after she finally told Spencer the truth, and as mad as I am with her…actually I’m not mad, just disappointed, but I know I’m her sister and I’m there for her.

“how is she?” Aiden asked as I came into bed

“not good…” I told him “…but she did this to herself…”

“yeah, but on the bright side, Jessica leaves for a year long tour tomorrow…”

“did Ashley not cut things off with her already?” I asked him

“I don’t know…I really don’t, all I know is I feel bad for the three of them at home…Erin tries to be this strong girls, but she’s not…”

“yeah well…Nate is strong…”

“this is true…”

“we did good didn’t we?” I asked him

“with Nate?” he asked looking at me then I nodded “yeah…he’s a good kid”

“he reminds me of you so much…” I told him

 “…you know, I was thinking about it and I’m so glad that Nate was adopted otherwise we’d have some serious issues within the family…” he told me

“woah getting political…” I replied “…but true…I just wish I could have had my own kids you know?” I asked him

“yeah…I know, but good thing we found Nate…” he told me kissing the top of my head

“they’d be dating their first cousin if Ashley had Erin…” I reminded him

“ooh good point…” he told me as he laid back a little more and I curled up next to him

I woke up in the morning and Ashley was sleeping on the couch…or I thought was…she was lying there staring at the ceiling and her eyes were so swollen from crying all night

“you okay?” I asked her

“I’ve just been lying here all night…wishing I could just go back…I mean I’m supposed to be the mature one, I’m supposed to be the one that never messes up and holds her family together…”

“we all make mistakes…” I said

“no…a mistake would be fucking her once…but it was twice…” she told me

“Ashley…what’s done is done…all you can do now is try and talk to Spencer…”

“she wont pick up the phone…” she said “…Erin wont talk to me, Keira ignores all my calls…”
