“uh, lets just put it this way…if someone wrote me a letter like the one you wrote her before we left…I wouldn’t be with anyone as of now…” she told me “…think about it”

“I don’t really want to think about it now, but are we going last minute shopping before our flight tomorrow?” I asked her

“oh yeah! We need some warmer clothes, and I saw this amazing new pair of heals at coach…seriously they’re to die for…” she told me

“oh my god! me too” I told her

“okay…if they’re the same pair I’m killing you” she said pointing her finger

 “oh…reassuring” I said making her laugh then I grabbed my purse and we left to go to shopping for probably the rest of the day

“I don’t know what to do with her…” I told her Katie as we sat down in starbucks

“well have you called her?” she asked me then I just shook my head “…why not?”

“what am I supposed to say? I mean I haven’t talked to her since I left…”

“okay…well with that time span I vote you pick her up from school…” she told me smiling then I just shook my head laughing at her

Finally…we were back home! It’s been four and a half months…and I missed my famil so much…and Katie missed hers too, but then again New York was amazing.

“mom! I’m home!” I yelled walking into the house around two in the afternoon then I heard my mom shriek coming through the kitchen then when I saw her she pulled me into a hug

“I missed you so much!” she said

“I missed you too” I told her “does Kyla know I’m home?” I asked her

“no…she’s at school, but she’s been counting down the days till you got here even though she wont admit it…”

“well I’m going to go pick her up if that’s okay?” I asked her

“oh she’ll love that” she told me “we’ll catch up when you get home…” she said

So, I got into my car and I stopped by my high school first, because maybe Katie was right…maybe Spencer wasn’t seeing anyone and we could start over…no strings attached this time. Then again, if she were with someone I think it’d be fine as long as it weren’t Nicole…
