“We’re here.” Bill says. “Try to behave. We need to make a good impression.” Christine commands. They all get out in front of a castle-esque building. A woman in a pink sweater set comes to greet them. She reminds Kyla of a frog. “Welcome to Cartwright! I’m Delores Umbridge the headmistress.” She says. Ashley tries not to gag too loudly. “I’m Bill Woodring. I called about enrolling them.” “Hello, nice to meet you. I’m Christine Davies. This is Kyla! Oh and that’s Ashley.” “Everything has been taken care of. All you have to do is say goodbye.” Umbridge says. Christine and Bill half wave from the car as they peel out of the driveway.

“I’ll take you to your dorm. Here are your schedules.” Umbridge starts to walk. They pick up their bags and follow her. She leads them around the main building on her stubby legs. She’s barely 4” 8’ and has a hairdo like Kitty from ‘That 70’s Show’. On the left are two tall narrow buildings and on the right is a short wide building. In the middle is a small church with a steeple and a bell on top. She takes them to the second narrow building and leaves them on the landing after telling them their room numbers.

Ashley gets to her room first. “See you at lunch.” She says to Kyla who nods and continues down the hall. She opens the door and hears someone talking rapidly in Spanish. “Hold on chica. Um… can I help you?” Her new roommate asks. “No, thanks, I only have this stuff.” “Whatever. Anyway… que diciste?” Ashley starts to unpack.

Kyla opens her door to an empty room. Her roommate’s side looks very neat. She unpacks her stuff and sets up her laptop.

Ashley finishes unpacking and setting up her things. Her Spanish isn’t great so she’s not paying too much attention to her roommate. She takes her iPod and leaves. At the end of the hall there’s a door that leads to the roof but it’s coded. On the bottom floor she finds a rec room. There are about 6 girls inside. It doesn’t look like any of them are having fun so she goes back upstairs and cracks the code for the door to the roof.
