“yeah I’ll call you an all-star when you get into Pepperdine” she told me making me laugh

“ouch…that hurt” I told her

“yeah? You want some ice for that burn?” she asked and I couldn’t help but laugh at her hysterically for her comment

“I can’t believe you just said that” I said through my laugh

“oh I did” she replied as we walked up to my car then it got a little more serious “hey so um…I was wondering if you’d…” she started then I felt two arms wrap around my waist and kiss my cheek

“hey you” Becca said

“hey!” I replied giving her a hug

“amazing game” she told me

“thanks…spence what were you saying?” I asked her

“huh? Oh it was nothing…um I’m gonna go though” she told me

“ok? call me later or something…” I said

“yeah…bye” she said walking off to her car parked a few spots down from mine

“she ok?” Becca asked

“yeah…do you have to get all cuddly around her?” I asked

“what are you talking about? You’re my girlfriend…that’s how we used to act” she told me

“yeah…but can we be a little more mature now? Thanks” I said getting into my car then she got in on the other side

“what’s your problem?” she asked me

“nothing…just putting your arms all over me is a total low blow for Spencer…” I told her “…she doesn’t deserve that”

“don’t you think she should get that fact you’re mine?’ she asked

“yeah? Well…I’m not a piece of property Becca…and I thought we were being casual, not all committed and crap” I told her

“we are…but I’m the one you go out on dates with and the one you’re sleeping with…”

“yeah, but around everybody…I don’t want to be voted for like best couple or anything or most likely to get married in the yearbook…”

“ok fine” she snapped “look at it this way…proms coming up and you have two girls, but you still need to pick one…” she said as I pulled into her driveway
