“Volleyball?”
“No” I replied immediately
“C’mon Spence, 3 v 3, us vs them” Aiden spoke up
“What are you scared?” Must Hunter dare me?
“Scared I’ll humiliate you guys again? Nah”
“Prove it Slick”
Game on.
I went into the Rec room and grabbed the volleyball while Aiden set up the net at the shallow end
“May the best woman win” Ashley said as she stood in front of me on the other side of the net
I nodded my head and smiled
“I will”
She shook her head and laughed.
I looked around at my team against theirs, I mean Kyla was good for nothing and Aiden was a good teammate normally but he’s pretty much useless since he had his head up his ass while Kyla was around. And then there was Team Davies, Ashley who could jack you up if you looked at her the wrong way, Blake who was a sneaky player, most definitely an ankle biter, plays dirty if you know what I mean, and Hunter well he had ups, I’m starting to grow nervous.
We got slaughtered and that’s an understatement, I’m pretty sure we got shut out, at one point the ball hit Kyla in the head and Aiden fell into the net. It was embarrassing to say the least but Ashley didn’t rub it in my face too bad. I got out first and toweled off.
“Listen Spence, I heard about Leighton and I just wanted to say I’m sorry about what she tried to do”
I turned around and it was Hunter behind me.
“Oh no, don’t worry about it. I’m sorry I brought her to you, it’s my fault” I replied
Just then the rest of the group came up behind us.
“I should have known when she told me she was living in a dorm that didn’t exist, It’s my fault” he said back
“What’s your fault?” Aiden asked
“Leighton” he said still looking at me
“Where is she anyway?” I swear the kid’s sharper then this on most days
“She’s no good bro, she tried to get with your sister and Ash kicked her ass”
“With a crowbar and brass knuckles” Blake added
“Why would Leighton be into Spencer, and why would Ashley be mad that she was into Spencer?” Aiden asked, the rest of the group kind of just stared at him, like I said…most days

oh my freaking god. seriously? how the hell could you… well okay so it’s not ended but still!?!? I really really hope you are already writing the beginning of the next part because that was just the cliffhanger of cliffhangers! this story is soooooooo freaking good so yea you had better be working! or we’ll send stix after you!
so I’m guessing spence saying that made ash realize she feels the same and that made the whole leaving thing too real for her to cope with… but I could be wrong. good god almighty see you have me double commenting (who knows maybe they’ll be another after I reread this masterpiece). because I really don’t think that ash just wants some action because otherwise she would have continued so yea…. ok really POST MORE SOOOOOOON!
totally love it. but no way how can you do that they just finally got it together. I cant wait for the next chapter. PMS!!!!!
okay i gotta say, that is an equal mix of the best thing ever and the worst.. i mean, they FINALLY got together, they were finally going to BE together, spencer says i love you and ashley WALKS OUT!??!!?!? what the hell!?!? i dont know whether to be happy that you posted or sad that it ended like this.. all i can say is that never the less it was an awesome chapter and i REALLY hope that you start posting part 2 soon and by soon i mean like right now.. and that they get together and .. well ya.. that they get together! pms pleaaassee!!!
Thank you sooooo much for posting! I’m glad I didn’t have to do what the monks do and pull a hunger strike. This was much easier! I loved it! Loved it! I’m also very very happy that this isn’t the end of the story or else we’d be in a fight right now! Start writing the next part so I can continue posting in normal fequencey! I love my power of you and will continue to be selfish ;)
Yes, I have to agree. I’m so into this story it’s insane! So, what happens next? Do you even know….I freakin’ hope so. Now get back to work….pleeease! lol!
aaaahhhhh!!! thats frustration and elation in case youre wondering :) so good!!! oh and “Pause. Time out…”- i really liked that effect- playing with the timeline like that at just the right moment. it reminded me of a tv show, or i think a couple of shows have had the main character do or say that… or movies??? suddenly i have 2 names in my head- parker lewis and ferris bueller… anyway, still aaaaahhhhh!!! :) pmspmspmspmspmspmspmspmspmspmsppmspmsppmspmspmspms……pmspmspmspmspmpmspmspmspmspmspmspmspmspmspmspmspmspmspmspmspmspms… but no pressure :)
