    More fun and parents weekend hell

    Ringing.

    Persistent ringing.

    Ashley: “Spence, turn it off!” I whine, but there’s no response. I peek out of one eye to find Spencer’s face in front of me, eye closed, mouth open. “Spencer?” No answer.

    I slowly sit up as panic starts to wash over me. Spencer never sleeps in. Spencer always hears the alarm. Spencer never sleeps longer than me.

    I watch as my arm slowly comes off the bed as my fingers reach out for her slumped shoulder. Everything is in slow motion as my fingers meet her soft bare skin.
    She’s still warm.

    I nudge her a little harder and at this a smile breaks across her face and I let out a gasp of air that I have been holding in for the past sixty seconds.
    She’s okay.

    She grabs my hand without opening her eyes and starts to kiss my fingertips. I smile too but more out of relief.

    Her arm stretches to the stand next to the bed and she silences her phone as her teeth scrap the skin on my fingers.

    Okay now I’m smiling for different reasons.

    Spencer: “My body feels numb, Ash.”

    Ashley: “What’s wrong?!” I say, panicked again.

    Spencer: “Mmmmm, nothing.” She says pulling me down on top of her and my lips meet my fingertips at her mouth as we start to kiss. “I’m in another sex coma!” I smile into her lips and brush my nose against her’s.

    Ashley: “Well that’s a good kind of numb.”

    Last night was…words fail me!

    Once we got to our room, number 1204: the room where all dreams come true, we just kissed on the bed for a solid thirty minutes. A half hour of kissing and light touching. It felt great to just kiss. To just feel her lips on mine until both our mouths were a little swollen and red.

    But after that I started to get really worked up and needed to feel her. Something much deeper than just sex. That feeling where you’re inside each other and you keep reaching for more; that’s what Spencer does to me.

    Spencer: “What would you like to do now?” God, her voice is so sexy! I look down at her as I lie on top of her in our borrowed bed with hypnotic blue eyes and a soft smile playing on her lips.
