    A kiss, then a kiss, breakfast and in the end another kiss.

    15 minute later Bette walks in, Tina didnt notice her before she stood right in front of her.

    Hi. Bette says.

    Oh hi, I didnt see you come in. Tina says and smiles. Please sit down. Tina says and motion with her hand to the chair next to her.

    Can I get you a cup of coffee? Tina asks.
    Yes, thank you. Bette replies.
    Okay, Ill be right back. Tina says and jumps up and walks over to that counter. She order the coffee and she bring a couple of menus.

    Here you go, did you eat? Tina asks.

    Thanks, no I did not eat, so Im a little hungry. Bette says smiling.

    Ok, heres a menu. Tina says and gives Bette one.

    They look over the menus, both wanted a big salad so Tina ran over to the counter and ordered.

    They eat their breakfast and talk a little until Bette has to leave, she promised her mother to be at the club for lunch.

    I dont want to go, but unfortunately I have to. I promised my mother that I would meet her for lunch at the club. Bette says.

    Oh, thats okay, can I give you a lift? Tina asks.
    I was going to get a cab. You dont have to offer. Bette says.
    Dont be silly, I will gladly drive you. Tina says and smiles.

    Thank you. Bette says and stands up, so does Tina and they walk outside to Tinas car.

    Tina opens the door for Bette.

    Thank you. You dont have to you know. Bette says and smiles.

    I know, but I want to. Tina replies.

    They start the drive towards The Porter Valley Country Club.

    Bette seems a little nervous and Tina senses it.

    Are you okay? Tina asks in a calm voice.

    No, nothings wrong, I just have a lot on my mind. Bette replies giving Tina a little smile.

    Does it have something to do with yesterday? Tina asks.

    Bette hesitates a little before answering.

    Yes. Bette says softly.

    Can I ask what? Tina asks.

    I never been with a woman before, I told you that, and I dont know what to think of it. I have always looked at myself as a straight woman, Ive been married and all. Bette says.

    21. This is such a great story…it’s irresistable! I love the way Bette asks before she kisses Tina is so cute! I hope Bette doesn’t get scared off after hearing Tina’s own story on her coming out affected her relationship w/her family…esp. since she’s meeting up w/her Mom at the club.
