Jenny was on her knees, tending to Nikki as she turned her head to look at Bette in anger.

"What the fuck is your problem?"

Bette immediately extended the stolen spear and held it to Jenny’s neck. The guards tried to take a step forward but Bette used her foot to kick up another spear from the floor and held it out in their direction, they immediately stopped moving.

"Its your fucking fault Tina’s gone! That’s what my problem is"

Bette tightened her grip on the spear and Jenny’s eyes widened at how close Bette was to killing her, tears filled her eyes.

"Bette, we’re sorry"

Bette looked down at her coldly, "Its too late for tears. I should have killed you before when I had the chance. I won’t let that opportunity pass now"

Tears streamed down Jenny’s face as she shook her head, "No please don’t . . she made us. She said if we didn’t help her then she would kill us too. We had no choice"

"I don’t care"

"Bette no!" Jenny cried.

Bette watched Jenny shake with fear as she squeezed the spear so hard, her knuckles whitened. Her breathing was erratic, her heart was pounding so hard it was beginning to hurt her chest. Rage consumed her entire body and the only thing she could think to do was get her revenge and save Tina. Revenge started with Jenny.

Suddenly she felt a soft cool hand touch her shoulder.

"Bette . . don’t do this, you’re not a killer"

Kit stood beside Bette, speaking softly to her little sister and trying to calm her down. Bette glanced at Kit then back at Jenny and Nikki who was now sitting up with the same stream of tears running down her face. Her nose and neck was covered in blood.

"I have to" Was all Bette said.

"And then what? Will it make you feel better to kill these two girls?"

"It would help"

Kit shook her head, "Killing them won’t bring Tina back. Jodi is the one who took her so kill her, blame her"
