PREVIOUSLY
The next morning, Tina waited in the van for Bette.
Tina had decided that she would give Bette the opportunity to explain. There was no way she could live without her.
When twenty minutes had passed, Tina began to worry. Bette hadn’t been late for the van the previous week. She told the driver to give her another five minutes.
She reentered the hotel and went straight to Bette’s room. She knew that Bruce was gone because when she returned to her room earlier this morning from her jog, she saw him leaving with a night bag.
When Tina didn’t get any answer, she walked into her room and hoped that the other door was unlocked. As she had hoped, it was. She walked into Bette’s quiet room.
Tina: Bette, are you here?
She continued into her bedroom where she saw Bette naked, lying, across the bed.
Back in L.A., both Carmen and Shane were running late for their flight.
This was the earliest they could leave. When the attendant called for the last boarding, both ran and bumped right into each other.

Bruce sat there on the plane, thinking about what he had done. He knew it was wrong, but somehow, he didn’t care. He wanted so much to be with Bette, to be with her in a family setting.
He thought he had given her all she wanted: a successful husband, money and a house with the white picket fence. The one thing he asked of her she wouldn’t produce: kids.
Why now, all of a sudden, didn’t she want this? Was there really something going on with her and Ms. Kennard? Did I miss something in those pictures?
Why did Ms. Kennard look at me the way she had earlier?
Well, in a few months, my dear Bette would feel much differently, morning sickness and all.
She’ll have no other choice then but to come back to me and make this marriage work. But there was one problem Bruce had to get rid of.
Cheryl! He would not allow her to ruin his life or Bette’s. He let his seat back and smiled. Mission accomplished.

That a lawyer doesn’t have any remorse over raping someone explains the current state of our judicial system. Bette should file charges. If that pig knocked her up that way, I think Bette should consider an abortion.

Tina has got to see that something is wrong here…..i hope she can see Bette’s pain and gets her to a doctor and hello…..morning after pill; Bette can’t be pregnant! And the Tina and Bette both need to go after Bruce. That 3 month deal is so over now that Bruce violated Bette in such a horrible way. I’m kind of hoping that Cheryl and Bruce both kill each other. Post soon.
GOSH!!! I hate that u got Shane and Carmen digging each other in this new repost. I really liked that her and Helena were finally given in to there long lost love. I HATE Shane and Carmen together. Is is possible to have Helena and Carmen again????? PLEASE!

Suc, Another wonderful chapter nailed there. Interesting to see all the storylines weave together. All of the unspoken desires and temptations that are felt by these characters. My heart did bleed as Tina and Bette realized the realities and harshness of loving someone completely. I do hope that Tina will give Bette the space and chance to tell her the truth or as much of it as she can remember. Difficult position as Bette can;t go to the cops and admit that her husband raped her. As for Shane and Carmen, sweet to see the attraction is there. These two will get together soon, fate demands it. Shame about Helena and Mark as they both long for the unattainable. Cheryl and Bruce deserve one another and a long prison sentence. And typical that Alice is on the trail of the truth between Bette and Tina. You are the mistress, Suc and I enjoy reading how you jerk the strings of your puppets.
