By the time Alice went to Junior High School, she was already obsessed with gossip and a need to know every last detail of everyone’s life. Becoming a journalist only further fed her hunger for obtaining exclusive and rather private information of anyone she crossed paths with.
Despite all her flaws, she wasn’t a bad person and Kit along with the rest of their little gang loved her deeply. Alice had a big heart and was incredibly giving. She was also a really good friend, always there when you need her and always willing to help with the best intentions . . . even if her help often resulted negatively.
Alice watched as Tina’s face lit up and if she wasn’t mistaken, the blonde’s cheeks even turned a soft shade of pink. Oh yeah, she definitely had her eye on someone.
"I . . I have a girlfriend actually"
"Oh that is such a non-answer!" Alice squealed, leaning forward on the table to better be able to read Tina’s eyes, "It’s also the traditional yet boring response"
"I guess I’m boring then" Tina chuckled nervously and avoided making eye contact with the blonde.
"Oh come on, Tina. There’s nothing wrong with being in a relationship and finding someone else attractive. It’s perfectly natural, it’s human nature for crying out loud!"
Alice could clearly see there was someone other than Tina’s girlfriend who had caught her attention. She became excited at finding out who it was, there was nothing like good gossip.
"I-I . . guess you’re right . . but I . ."
"Oh come on, Al. Leave her alone"
Everyone at the table looked up at a short haired brunette standing beside them with a styrofoam cup filled with coffee in hand. She had on a loose fitting white button down shirt, a pair of fitted ripped jeans and dark Aviator sunglasses.
Alice rolled her eyes, "I’m not doing anything, Shane"
"Nah, just talking too much" Shane teased with a smile, removing her sunglasses and taking a sip of her coffee.
Alice smiled back and shook her head at her friend. She and Shane had a good and honest relationship. Shane had a way of being totally honest without actually being cruel. Alice appreciated the honesty, most people just remained quiet until they got so fed up that they would stop talking to her altogether.

Bette was planning to propose to Ava? Oh man. I hope she doesn’t go through with that, it’d be an utter disaster. Even if she never tries to explore anything with Tina, Bette should start listening to what her brain and heart are telling her. And in Tina’s situation, something is clearly up with Sam. She’d better figure it out. Everyone seems to be settling with their rather unhappy lot, but fear is a powerful de-motivator. Love the story so far, thanks Liah! :)
Love AU Tibette fanfics. Ava needs to go, lol. Tina’s Sam too, I don’t know if she is a “bad guy” like Ava, but her behaviour seems suspicious.
I know a guy who “takes care of problems” if catch my drift. Ava could easily be left in this chapter, just let me know. This was another awesome post. I love the chemistry and you did a great job portraying it. I also love the chemistry between the gang. Okay, I love everything about everyone except Ava. I can tell that Ava is going to be a pain in my ass. Can’t wait for the next post. Thank you Miss Leah😘

oh please DON”T propose to someone so toxic. I have no idea why Bette would love – GASP does she even known what real love is at this point? – Ava. Ava is so self-centered. I hope at least Sam is not such a horrible person to Tina even though I would like Bette and Tina together but at least one of them deserves to be treated good. I don’t like the idea of Alpha bette being wuss because of anyone …well except for tina of course. :)

Another update from Liah!! *🎶lalalala…🎶* :-) Thanks Liah!! you just brighten my day! :-) Though the story made me feel sorry for pathetic Bette who was gonna propose to someone who clearly is manipulative, not care about her and OmG! Not even close to love at all!! Argh! … Is Bette so desperate so she just take whatever the devil’s offered her!? I think being single is much better than that!!! I hope something messy would happen and let there be hurricane and storm between ava and bette/tina and sam… as the sun will shine brightly on the blue sky afterward.. For a new day for Tina and Bette :-) LOL… Pardon my impatience as you are right – that it’s so tempted to place a kick to someone’s @$$ here!! PPVS! :-)
