I needed you to tell me that I belonged only to you but instead you left me flailing. I was slowly drifting away and you only pushed me further. I had nothing to hold onto except sheer will-power. I was missing you so much Tee. You didn’t even acknowledge me when I told you how much I missed you.”

    “When was that?”

    “Just before I left for Washington DC and we were talking about the trip. I told you I missed you twice but all you were concerned about was that we had to get a sitter for Angie; that I wasn’t keeping up my part of our arrangement and you were angry that I wasn’t getting paid. I was very vulnerable. I was broken. I was lonely. I needed some attention which I wasn’t getting from you. Barbara was there and more than happy to oblige. It didn’t matter to her that we were both married.”

    “So you went back to her apartment to fuck her then had second thoughts so you called me?”

    “That’s not how it happened.”

    “She invited me to a networking function where I got to meet a lot of influential people that would support our cause. She was one of the Senators that was on my side at the hearing. Afterwards she offered to share a cab. I had every intention of going back to the hotel but she suggested we go to her place so I could see her art collection.”

    “Did she actually have a collection or was that her pick-up line?”

    “Maybe it was her pickup line but I didn’t think of it that way. I’d done some research on all the Senators that would be present at the hearing to get a feel for what I was up against. In one of her interviews she’d talked about her rather extensive collection of Abstract Expressionists. I wanted to see it and likely would not have had another opportunity but it was late. I protested a bit about going back to her place.”

AN affair is not sustainable no matter how many years you are together bcuz over the years the doubts,mistrust and insecurities will surface,hence the phrase” what starts in chaos ends in chaos”.BETTE/TINA had an affair when TINA was with ERIC.To turn around and cheat with CANDACE after all she gave up to be with her,TINA did set out to destroy BETTE,she with the help of HELENA took everything away from BETTE but stopped short of denying her a place in ANGIE’s life.Now that they have weathered another step TINA needs to come clean and let the wounds bleed bcuz there will be feelings hurt,emotional pain and secrets uncovered that will test the strength of her and BETTE.But to go deep requires the ability to not pre-judge why it was done but can they move forward now that it has.BETTE wants a healthy and meaningful relationship with TINA getting there is one road TINA seems reluctant to traverse but she will .This is gonna get as raw and as real as it comes and i hope they’re ready for the words that they will hear come morning.GREAT UPDATE!!!

    3. This is really a very emotional rollercoaster for them and me. You can’t expect that they solve everything in a few days, but Bette is right, they need to peel off the bad infections from their skin, other wise it will be always there and resurface. And Paul can help them to make the first step and give them guidelines to continue to do that.

      I like the possibilty to start anew in their relationship.

      They both made major mistakes, in my opinion Tina more than Bette, yes Bette cheated, but Tina is not the innocent woman, with her passive-agressive behaviour. She was the one who pulled out mentally first and pushed Bette away. Her behaviour after Bette cheated and the way she acted after she met Helena, was just plain hurtful and set to destroy Bette, and Helena , God, she is a manipulitive bitch and still in their lives, due to Tina’s need for security.

      Tina must really think hard and deep if she really want to reconcile, i see to much hesitations on her part.
