Tina:  You know Bette, we told Jim that we wanted king size beds in all the bedrooms. Maybe we should think about getting two queen size beds for Daniel’s room?

Bette:  We have enough bedrooms to give our guest their own bedroom.

Tina:  You know when the kids have sleep-over company, they are going to want to talk well into the night. And if we have a house full of company, an extra bed would not be a bad idea.

Bette:  Daniel, for your new bedroom, would you like to have two beds or one?

Daniel:  It doesn’t matter to me.  But I think it would be better to have two beds. That way when John David stays over, we can share a room. That’s what Angie had when she had sleep over company. She used to giggle all night long when she had company. Or maybe it was that other girl who had the funny laugh.

Bette:  That is just the nature of girls.  They giggle a lot. Okay, we are going to call Jim and tell him that you want two beds and not one. To adjust the mattress purchase accordingly. Put king size beds in all the rest of the rooms. And we are going to need all new linens to fit Daniel’s bed. In fact, get new linens for all the rooms. Linens to match the color scheme for each room. We will make do with our old linens until he gets that assembled.

Tina: Wow… that sounds wonderful. So, do you think we will be moving in next weekend?

Bette:  That is the plan.  I checked with Charlie, he has packed up the New York apartment and plans on leaving the New York Area on Sunday afternoon. They will have the truck at our Santa Monica house early on Saturday morning and his crew will fly out on early Sunday morning. The trucks are a one-way rentals. Can you check and make sure the apartment has been cleaned and Marilyn has all the keys and access?

Tina:  Yeah, I’ve already been in touch with the housekeeping group and they have completed their work and have been paid. I will call Marilyn tomorrow and make sure we have completed all she is expecting.
