Becca moved from her spot beside her lover, walking around Quin with a careful eye, studying her, and Quin watched her from the corner of her eye, “You see something you like?” asked Quin in a smokey voice that made Tina’s eyebrows shoot up. Her voice was songlike, very sultry and alluring.
“You could say that again…,” said Becca in a sultry tone. “Can you act?”
“I have,” said Quin turning to face Becca, towering over her by more than five inches, Quin’s hair tied in a tight ponytail, free of coloring, her eyes covered with dark contact lenses. “The question then becomes, are you ready to do this movie thing?”
Becca laughed, looking over at Joss, “You were right, a spitfire! Are you in?” asked Becca of Quin. The two women looked each other over, steamy chemistry already evident between them, Tina wishing that the moment was being captured on film. It was electric.
“Don’t we do, screen tests?” asked Quin asking Joss, but still keeping her intense eye contact with Becca.
“We should, but we are way behind on shooting and if boss lady here has anything to say about it, I’m about to get fired soon. So, why don’t we start up tomorrow morning, skeleton crew, just to get you used to the cameras…,” said Joss watching Becca eyeing Quin with a sexy grin.
Quin looked over her shoulder sexily, eyes staring sweetly at Becca, “I can handle the cameras, what’s the call time?”
“Six A.M., we’ll see you then…,” smiled Joss, licking her lips as she walked up behind her girlfriend, kissing Becca’s neck, “…let’s go before you soak your new undies… Are you even wearing undies?”
“Yes, ma’am I am, for now,” smiled Becca, her attention totally on Joss the moment that Joss touched her, the spell of Quin broken. “You, I’ll see you in the morning… bright and early….”
Quin watched as they left the room, slipping a hand into a pocket, pulling out a pack of gum, “Want one?”
Tina reached over, taking one, “You didn’t ask about salary…”
“I got money,” countered Quin quickly, then shrugging as she thought about it. “In reality, I’m a Peabody, and I own this production company.”

Yay, Al kept the secret… so far, that is. So, Jo’s ready to go all human for Bette… I liked the idea of an infallible Jo. If she can’t die, Bette can’t lose her… and I don’t want Bette to lose her. I’d like a Darci on hand to cure any ailment: hangnails, colds, preventative measures for grey hairs (don’t have any yet, thank goodness)… I think Lara and Carmen can work, I just think they should try it and see… the heat’s already there, can they build something a bit more lasting? Al and Ro, still hot, and Ro’s just going to have to realize that Alice isn’t going to stop loving her, no matter what… Shane! Sam! Date? What kind of date DOES one take a millionaire on? I’d show Sam the life of a pauper. BBQ ribs on a paper plate from a roadside trailer, a couple of beers, and a rest of the night she wouldn’t forget. Some things, money can’t buy… Is Becca gonna have a thing for Quin? Quin’s a bit of a wild card, isn’t she? I keep pairing her up with everyone, in my mind. I thought for a while there, she was gonna prove to be a bit too much temptation for Alice! Quin certainly is tempting… plus she’s wicked smart. Tina should heed her words… if she’s as straight, then the sky is green. Great update, Janet. You *totally deserved* that award, *t o t a l l y*! I’m always waiting for more of this story. Yea! Sam and Shane are finally gonna get it on. It’ll be interesting to see what happens next with all the couples you have paired up. I’m really liking the depth of feeling between Bette and Jo. Lara and Carmen are really cute as a couple. The movie with Quin is becoming more intriguing. And has Tina changed her mind again?

So glad you’ve recovered from your ICU experience. LOL. You mentioned my favorite movie of the moment ‘Loving Annabelle’ – Sweet. I’m worried that Jo is going to be normal again. It probably won’t stop her from instinctually taking chances & basically being a bad ass always risking her life. Is it too late to scream “DON’T DO IT JO”!? Sam’s fear is understandable. Damn! the electricity between Quin & Becca made me want to see them onscreen. Lovin’ the direction of your fic.
what to say, what to say…first off…CONGRATS!! You deserve to win and of course we don’t think this will stunt your creative mind and make us think everyone is safe…after all you wouldn’t be you if you did that! Tina needs someone in her life, so go ahead and do that i suppose…LOL…and Bette…loved how she wanted to protect Jo and indirectly herself of possibly losing someone else she loves…poor thing is still very much broken. I love her and Jo..so…please continue…oh…what’s up with Meredith being down for an hour and a half then waking up with no problems?? UNBELIEVABLE!!! LOL

Maybe she could sweep Tina off her feet, or vice versus…hell, Tina could even be the top with Simone!
