Dean End – Chapter 3 (The Mystery Woman)

Jenny: What the fuck!
Jenny said looking at everyone then back to the woman.
Tina: Omg let’s help her up.
Everyone except Kit, hurdle over the woman to make sure she was Ok.
Bette: Ma’am are you Ok?
The woman just continues to gasp and breath heavily looking straight ahead, never acknowledging the group of women around her. Her hair was a jet black color…her eyes a beautiful green almost the color of a leaf…the white dress she had on, had mud stains all over it and the only blood visible was on her face under her nose, which everyone found to be weird seeing as she must have just gotten hit by their car.
Dana: Are you hurt?
The women still doesn’t speak but by now she had settled down but continued to stare out as if she was looking at someone, no one else could see.
Alice: Can you speak!
Alice said with a little more bass and aggravations in her voice instead of the soft sympathetic tone everyone else were using.
Tina: Alice!
Alice: What! She’s just staring into the field like a zombie.
Bette tried to bite on her bottom lip to keep the anger down that continued to rise with every word Alice spoke.
Jenny: There is mystery that lies deep within her.
Jenny bent down studying the woman trying to figure out her story, so she could add the woman as a character in her next book.
Tina: Jenny can you stop staring in her face, she’s not a fucking mirror you know.
Jenny slowly backed away from the woman not taking her eyes away, as everyone look at her like she had gone fucking mad then rolled their eyes.
Bette: Look Al, I know you’re scared, hell we all are, but you dont have to be a complete jerk about it.
Kit: Well she is just sitting there guys, maybe we should just call the cops and let them handle it now that we know she is ok.
Kit didn’t like the vibe she was picking up from the mystery woman.
Dana: Kit’s right you guys, calling the cops would be the thing to do.
Tina pulls out her cellphone to dial 9-1-1 as she nervously bites her nails, and after so many attempts she couldn’t get a signal.
