    love in an elevator…

    April 1999

    New York City

    Waldorf-Astoria

     

    The two women had spent the length of car ride to the Waldorf pressing their mouths together hungrily, both knowing that events had officially been set in motion.

    They no longer had regard for the driver sitting only inches away, his speed increasing as the women deepened their kisses over time.  Helpless to the intimate sounds of their lips lightly sucking, the driver had no choice but to fumble with the radio.  He was ill equipt to handle such a situation.

    Tina broke free slowly as the sounds of a Yankees game flooded the car.  She found that her hand was cupping Bette’s left breast and shyly pulled away.  Tina reddened as she realized she had abadoned all sense of reason in fulfilling her passion for Bette.

    Bette sighed heavily and offered a half-assed apology to the visably anxious driver.  He laughed nervously in response, shaking his head quickly. 

    Upon Bette’s request, the driver obediently turned the volume down.  She rested her back against the leather seat, trying to contain herself…

    Only a few more blocks…not long at all…just stay focused…

    Bette snapped from her thoughts as she felt the blonde ease in beside her, her lips now millimeters from the brunette’s ear.

    "Do you know how much I want you right now…" The blonde groaned, at the mercy of her simultaneous confliction and passion.

    Bette tried her best not to moan in response, but her efforts failed.  She bent her head slightly as to give the blonde an admonishing look, gently warning her that she too on the brink of losing all control.

    "We’re almost there…and then…then it’s just you and me…I promise." Bette let her thumb gently caress Tina’s jaw line, her passion so deeply tender for this beautiful woman at her side.

    "Bette…." Tina began, bowing her head to hide the fear shining in her eyes.  "I’m scared…"

    Bette’s body completely softened as she brought the blonde’s chin up with her forefinger.

    "Tell me, Tina…" The brunette began, warmth filling her eyes.

    "I’m scared that….that, I mean…I’ve never done this before…with a woman at least….I’m scared….scared that you’ll be disappointed…" The blonde looked sincerely into the brunettes eyes before turning away. 

    "Tina." Bette began, gently bringing Tina back into focus.    "There is no way on Earth that I will be disappointed.  I assure you…and I know you’re scared.  And we’re not going to do anything you don’t want to do.  I would be fine just lying next to you for three straight days…"

    5. Hahahahaha…I knew it wouldn’t be this chapter. I wonder how long the hall is to get to the room…one more chapter? I love the way you have written this. I’m counting on patience being a virtue!

    6. You did such a fantastic job with Tina’s fear and agitation – being unable to stand still as they waited for the elevator doors to open. It’s easy to forget all that Tina has been through in the relatively short period of time represented in the story. Thank you for this wonderful journey. I confess I’m hoping for an NC-17 next posting…but if not, please make it as HOT as this chapter…whew!

    8. Have mercy!! If this was sooo hott and it was just the beginning, what’s gonna happen when our girls finally seal the deal? Ure gonna be held responsible for a lot of fainting spells, weak knees, and heart attacks…make sure u post a warning on ur subsequent chappies, fire!

    21. I’m not sure if Tina is completely ready, but I am. DAmn. I felt bad for the guy at the desk, you could just imagine the two and Bette being her usually alpha self, cos all she can think about is getting Tina to the room. I do believe its time for some lovin.
