    “So what now? Your note said I would find out about the final destination next time I saw you. What does that mean? What’s in the gift box?” Tina appreciated all of Bette’s considerations but she was anxious to know what the ‘final destination’ meant and what was in the gift box.

    “Before I say anymore do you think I could get a kiss? We haven’t said a proper hello yet and you’ve been here for almost 20 minutes?” Bette pouted/

    “I think that can be arranged. Come here.” Tina kisses Bette long and hard. She couldn’t believe how amazing this woman was. How could she have ever let her get away for so long?

    “I love you. I just can’t believe how lucky I am to have you.”

    “I’m the lucky one baby. I love you. And to answer your question about the gift we are spending the night here. I brought your things. In the morning you will go down to the gallery and see Kristen. Take the gift box with you. She’ll instruct you to open it once she’s led you to the final destination. Angie and I will meet you there so don’t worry if we’re not here when you wake up. We’ll go for breakfast afterwards and then we’ll head back to WeHo if you want. OK? Just indulge me for a little while longer.”

    “OK. I guess we should get back upstairs. Angie must be really engrossed in the movie or else she’s fallen asleep. It’s not like her to be so quiet.”

    “You’re right let’s go. You want to take your dessert with you?”

    “Of course.” Bette and Tina go up to the media room and surprisingly Angie is awake. She really was engrossed in the movie. It was one of her favorites. They cuddled with her and fed her some of Tina’s dessert while they watched the rest of the movie.

    2. I’m with BIBI truly overwhelmed at the love and attention BETTE displays in delivering her acts of love.True friends ready to help with only a phone call or a spoken word without looking for anything in return just knowing they helped someone fulfill a wish.thanks pps.

    4. This was one of the best chapters to this story! In my opinion! Even though I love the whole story! I’m sad to see the end tomorrow:( I’m just looking forward to the next phrase of their lives. Off to eat me some strawberry shortcake that I made. PPS
