    Chapter 59 – All in the Family

    With that the two arrive at the Planet, Bette gets out and takes Anna out of the car seat and into her arms leaving Tina to carry the empty baby carrier. Slinging the diaper bag over her shoulder Bette is the picture of the happy mom as she carries Anna in one arm and reaches for Tinas hand with the other.

    Chapter 59 – All in the Family

    Kit was waiting at the door of the Planet as the two made their way in. Wow now isnt that just the view. Good to see you two lookin like a family. Is that the little angel you have there? Kit says to Bette as she comes in with Tina. As Kit hugs Bette, who is still holding Anna she whispers I see you have that glow about you today.

    As Kit pulls away all Bette can do is turn a deep shade of red that compliments the blazing smile that was already on her face. Kit youll have me thinking youre envious in a minute. Bette throws back as she can only say so much.

    Hugging Tina, Kit says Its so good to see you two. Did you come together? to that Tina just nods her head knowing that Kit already knew the answer but wanted to hear it out loud.

    Yes we did. Bette came by early and we decided to come together. Will you join us for brunch or will you be too busy with customers? Tina inquires back.

    No, since youre askin I wouldnt be anywhere else. I want to hear what you two have been up too. Why dont you guys take a seat and Ill go get the highchair. Kit says as she waves them toward the gang already assembled and heads off towards the back.

    As Kit moves away the trio turns to the table Kit had pointed out. There already seated where Alice and Dana, Irene and Shane. Hey you guys, its good to see you all together. Shane says as Bette, Tina and Anna get up to the table.

    At that moment Bette feels a sense of truly coming home standing there in front of her family Anna in her arms and Tina holding her hand. Good to see all of you today. Thanks for joining us on this beautiful sunny Sunday. Bette says as she looks to Tina who is also standing with a huge smile plastered on her face. Everyone at the table felt a lightness of heart at the joy that emanated from the two as they came in the restaurant united as a family.

    2. oh J why would you be nervous about me pissed off about Bette not telling tina??? you have a true fan here and it’s up to you. Since the day I join this site(which was in april) I was hooked. Let me tell you there was about a 3 day period where I didn’t sleep cause I was reading yours and chicki chapters. So now you know, but please just have bette do it for me LOL. ok I trust you and you will make it happen somehow.

      Life has been making it difficult for me to catch up with all these posting but here goes.
      Thanks Jwet for this remarkable story. You had me hooked from Chapter one. I must be a silly fishy as I am still wiggling away in delight on your barb. Gee am paraphrasing fishing quotes. Next I’ll being saying ‘It’s the one that got away’ or “It was this BIG!”
      Note to self ‘must get out more and meet new people’
      Enough of my ramblings and back to this marvellous master-class in story telling.
      Finally Bette and Tina are dating. Yippee! It is time for these gals to take the next step towards reuniting. I revere the slow, deliberate pace you was drawing this out at. It makes it something special. Not the wham, bam, thank you ma’am mentality of some authors.
      What I find really differentiates you from the pack is the genius of staying true to the character created on the show.
      None have gone through 180 deg personality changes.
      Today’s questions include:
      Will Alice ever manage a day without her foot in her mouth? What exactly are Shane and Irene up to? Does the Bridgette Bardo collection win all the girls over? (OK I know it Jenny’s but work with me, people). What does Tina have planned? Why is the fluff from your belly button always blue?
      Keep watching as some of these may be answered in the next chapter.

      I’m getting worried about if/when Tina finds out about Bette’s involvement with MYV. I think it might come out because the receptionist will recognise her at the awards dinner. I think Bette needs to come clean before that happens.

Do you think we can just let Alice find out about the MYV Foundation then out of the goodness of her heart and her genuine desire to see a TiBette happy ending, just put that knowledge aside and not reveal its truths? Huh Jwet, could she, could she –pleeease?
