James smiles and says “hey Tina”
Franklin stepped forward saying “hello” he entends his hand
Tina steps back and says “oh… my hands are wet”
Bette looks over at Tina…and Franklin looks over at Bette…he glances back over to Tina and says “don’t worry” he looks over at Bette and said “it’s fine” he turned to the table and said “help yourself we have plenty to eat” he adjusts his tie and walks off…
Bette watches him go and looks over at Tina…James comes closer and Bette puts her hand up and said “James could you please excuse us?” she looks over at him…
he backs up and says “sure..not a problem” he walks away
Bette turns to Tina and says “hands wet huh?…what is the matter with you?” she looks Tina up and down…she says “you’ve been acting weird since last night…did something happen?” Bette asked with a concerned heart…
Tina makes an attempt to answer but then Helena came over…Bette looks from me and over to her and said “can you excuse us for a moment please?”
Helena looks Tina up and down and smiles to herself…she looks over at Bette and says “sure…take all of the time you need” she smiles at Tina and backs away…
Bette tends back to Tina she says “I’m waiting” she stands tall
Tina says “no…nothing didn’t happen…I’m just nervous”she adds“it’s been a while since I attended one of these things” she said while looking around the room
Bette looks around as well and says “T…what’s there to be nervous about?…you know everyone here…well except for Helena”
The next thing you know Helena came over saying “you rang?” she smiled looking over at Tina…
Bette looks over her shoulder saying “no…what is it with you?”
Tina grabbed Bette’s shoulder and said “don’t mind her…she’s a bit tired” she rubs Bette’s arm…
Bette looks down and says “T…that was-”
Tina cuts Bette off and says “hi I’m Tina…” she looks over at Bette and says “babe you forgot one” she smiles and shakes Helena’s hand
Helena smiles and says “it’s good to know someone has manners” she shakes Tina’s hand and says “hello Tina…it’s a pleasure to meet you”
Bette interupts and says “well aren’t you gonna introduce yourself Helena” she gazes at her and says “where’s your manners?”
