    Let’s pretend it’s Season #2

    The slamming of a car door signaled the end of their kiss.  Reluctantly Tina stepped away from Bette and headed out to the driveway to greet Kit and Dana.

     

    “Hey there momma,” Kit said as she met Tina in a hug.  “Look’s like you and my baby sis’ are getting along o.k.?”  Kit winked at Tina.

     

    “Things are getting there Kit,” Tina replied as she turned to look over her shoulder as Bette approached.  “Merry Christmas guys it’s great to see both of you.”

     

    “Hey there Bette,” Kit said reaching out and grabbing Bette into her arms.  “You and momma look great but I want to see my niece.  Something about seeing her in person sounds so much better than those e-mailed pictures I’ve seen.”

     

    Tina put her arm around Kit’s waist and the two women walked into the house.

     

    “Wow!”  Kit exclaimed as she noted all the decorations.  “I see you managed to have a baby and decorate for Christmas damn girl!”

     

    “Actually no Kit Bette did all this,” Tina said as she looked around the living room.  “Wait until you see the rest of the house it’s amazing she’s amazing.”

     

    “Tina I know that she screwed up royally and I know that there is nothing that I can say to make it hurt any less but she loves you so much.  It’s not going to be easy I know but always remember that you have always had her heart always.” Kit looked around the living room and smiled, “Plus she really has some great taste doesn’t she?”

     

    As Bette approached the car Dana she looked at Bette and smiled.  “I am so glad to see you two together; I always knew that if any two people could get through this that it would be you guys.”

     

    “We’ve got a long way to go Dana,” Bette whispered quietly.  “Things are a little strained but hopefully we will be able to work everything out.  Sometimes it’s hard when you love someone so much but all you seem capable of doing is hurting them.”

     

    Bette wiped a tear that had traced from the corner of her eye.  Pulling Bette into her arms Dana said, “You’ll get there, I just know you will.”

    1. perfect…i miss tina too, i actually miss bette and tina together….the B&T that we keep seeing in s3 are not B&T i fell in love with (especially Tina)…their are cold…post soon some of your warmth and happiness
