    “Its should be me thanking you “

    “Its been good for all of us – I am slowly starting to relax, Angie is in 7th heaven with everything that she has seen and done “

    “And I am having a blast with both of you “

    “Its going well babe “

    “Nice and slow eh ?”

    Tina nodded

    “I am going to miss you not being around all day next week “

    “I am going to juggle my hours – maybe work late a couple of days so I can have a day off. Plus I can work from home – I often do if its snowing or I just cannot be bothered”

    “I know we agreed to put it on the back burner but I have to tell you something “

    “Yes ?”

    Tina turned so the two of them were face to face

    “When you came in this morning from the gym – I came this close to just throwing all our agreements about lets keep our relationship as it is – lets not let sex cloud what we are trying to build between us. You walked in wearing lycra shorts and a crop top and I wanted you then and there on the spot “

    Bette grinned and lent closer to Tina

    “I wouldn’t have resisted you but we might have had some explaining to do as Angie was watching TV at the time “

    Tina was about to reply when Angie came in

    “Are we going ?”

    “Sure “

    “What are you two doing ?”

    “Talking “ Tina replied

    Angie walked out of the room again

    “We may need a conversation about how to have a energetic and passionate sex life with a curious five year old in the apartment “ Bette said getting up

    Bette got them down to Sixth Avenue an hour before the parade was due to begin – she had been to several of the Halloween parades and she wanted to make sure she had a good spot for Angie and also so she could take lots of photographs. The crowds were already beginning to gather and it took a while before Bette and Tina managed to secure their own bit of sidewalk with Angie at the front so she could see everything and they could protect her.

    5. And I want you back together as well !! I’m surprised though that Bette has not yet found the guts to ask Tina about the man she’s been seeing ( at least, if we are to trust Helena’s words at the beginning of this story ). I mean, I guess she probably feels she has no right to ask her that, but at the same time, I feel like qhe must be dying to know what has actually happened and if Tina got back to men at some point that must say something, right ? Something that these two will need to discuss at one point or another. And somehow I feel like this would be the perfect time for Tina to open up to Bette about that… At any rate, this was a great chapter, Ally, and you got me totally enthralled with this story…. As usual !
