“Is it ?” Tina quickly moved her mouse over the bar at the bottom of her computer
“Wow – it is – fancy that “
“So what do you want to do ?”
“Do you want to get a babysitter ?”
Bette shook her head “I loved the other night but every restaurant in town will be full and its not fair to ask James or Casey so I thought we might do something as a family “
Tina finished her sandwich and washed it down with a long drink of her flavoured water
“That would be good – what do you have in mind ?”
“That’s where I draw a blank- we always made a huge fuss of one another and I am more than happy to do the same again but now we have a five year old to consider”
Tina grinned “She did rather mess up a romantic dinner last year with Helena – she was a real terror that night. Helena was furious”
“Yeah but I don’t think she will she sabotage OUR plans – I am not Helena “
“No – she adores you. I think we should talk to her. I am collecting her later I will take her for a milk shake and we can discuss the matter”
Bette grinned “I love her even more that she messed up Helena’s plans “
“You don’t have enough time for me to tell you all the times she did screw up anything that Helena wanted to do “
“Did Helena make an effort ?”
“To be fair to her – which I am not prone to doing – she never complained about her – she always did her best but Angie was having none of it.”
Bette grinned again “That’s my girl “
“She certainly is your girl “
“Did Helena have any idea who else was on her birth certificate ?”
“God no – it was nothing to do with her. “
“I just wondered if maybe Helena wanted to adopt her or something “
“No “Tina shook her head “That was never on the table. Angie was always and will always have two moms – the Porter mom and the Kennard one “

Can’t imagine what has happened but, whatever it is the person behind it is none other than “Helena Fucking Peabody.” Whatdaya think? I love the story, but I was looking forward to reading more of their time together as a family for Valentine’s Day. I think that Tina may have gotten a call that the job for the script rewrite may have been cancelled, thanks to Helena, or maybe Helena brought their old house or something happened to her family back home. That’s it for my guess work. Please post soon.
