“Don’t forget the fact that you still have the hots for Tina” Alice raised her glass in Bette’s direction.

“There’s that” Bette raised her glass in kind before bringing it to her lips, her eyes nearly bulging out of her head when Alice’s words actively registered in her mind. “Wait, how did you-”

“Please. Anyone who doesn’t see that is a blind idiot” Alice quickly held out a hand toward Bette, “No offense to your girlfriend, of course”

“Oh God, what if she does know?” Bette groaned as she threw herself back against the couch, a hand over her eyes. She sat up quickly, panic flashing over her brown orbs. “What if that’s why they’re not answering me? Emma probably put it all together, confronted Tina about it and now they’re like .. oh my God, they’re killing each other”

Dana shrugged almost painfully, not wanting to picture the scenario. “Or maybe they’re just having a nice lunch”

“Mhm” Alice nodded as she swallowed the wine in her mouth, “And came together rather than fight about it. They could be coming up with ways to get revenge on Bette like that John Tucker movie”

Bette glared at her, “You’re supposed to be helping”

“I am helping! I’m making sure you’re prepared for the worst” Alice’s eyes flickered from Bette to Dana when the brunette had gotten up from her seat, “Where are you going?”

“We’re going to need more wine”

Tina nodded mindlessly to the words that spilled out of Emma’s mouth, having rationalized early on that there was no better course of action than to just agree to everything the redhead said. Initially Tina had tried to give some input or object to an idea but was either cut off or had been too slow to match the Emma’s lightning fast words. It wasn’t until Emma practically slammed a giant folder onto the table that Tina had given up saying anything entirely, her eyes glued to what was labeled “Blueprints for the best party ever”. Tina watched helplessly as Emma pulled out paper after laminated paper of outlines, sketched diagrams and printed out photos, everything one needed to well, plan the best party ever.

The blonde had been surprised to say the least at Emma’s enthusiasm and commitment to the event, knowing that the redhead had to have left The Planet the night before to work on her portfolio and the thought filled Tina with a sense of .. relief. As she watched as Bette was helplessly dragged away, Tina had feared the pair would spend the night “reuniting”. Though the blonde felt wrong harboring any feelings of jealousy considering Bette was still technically in a relationship, Tina couldn’t bear to picture the brunette being with anyone else.
