Bette did as Tina instructed and after pushing the ‘send’ button, she put the phone to her ear as she had seen it done by people around her. “Tina, I cannot hear anything…no ringing…no voices,” Bette asked with frustration a few seconds later.

Tina looked at the phone to see the problem and chuckled quietly, “Bette, you just need to turn it the other way…you put it upside down accidentally.”

“Oh…” Bette blushed and shook her head. She knew that Tina was sparing her feelings by adding ‘accidentally’ and she was wondering how many times she would screw things up ‘accidentally’ and would look as if she had lost her wits.

Finally Bette was able to figure things out and was clearly enjoying herself and Tina began to relax, admiring how fast Bette was able to learn and accept new things. Suddenly, Tina heard Bette’s gasp and saw her frantically looking around while saying, “Alice, where are you, I can’t see you?”

Tina suppressed her laughter because she didn’t want to offend Bette so she softly put her hand on Bette’s shoulder, calming her just by this simple touch, “Bette, this is what’s so amazing about cell phones. You can talk to someone who is not even here.”

“Oh, yes, exactly…I just forgot for a moment. Alice’s voice came in so clear, I thought she was standing right next to me,” Bette replied, smiling with embarrassment.

Hearing Alice’s voice in her ear made Bette almost scream with excitement. “Alice, this is Bette…guess what am I doing right now?”

Tina didn’t hear Alice’s reply but judging by Bette’s blushing face she could only imagine what Alice was saying to her. ‘I’ll ask her after she’s done talking to Bette,” Tina thought, watching all the different facial expressions on Bette’s face while she was talking to their friend.

After a while Tina took the phone from Bette and asked, “Hey Alice, how’s Dana today? Did she forgive you for your long absence?”

“After my performance in our bedroom the rest of the weekend I think she wants me to leave again so I can come back and repeat the pleasure. Would you like some tips? You might use them while seducing Bette.”
