Dana was in complete awe of Alice, she worked the room of stiff, upper-class snobs as if she was one of them. She laughed at the jokes and had the suits in stitches with her witty comments; she held her own in various hot, political topics and even managed to prove quite a few people wrong on their opinions of blonde girls and their intelligence. Dana also noticed how many of the younger businessmen were not so subtly eying Alice up; she had to smile at this because Alice was completely oblivious to the stares. Dana had been talking to a representative of some business that she had never heard of and decided that she had spent to long away from her beautiful date. After excusing herself from the boring chit-chat she weaved her way through the potential sponsors until she made her way to a small crowd of hopeful young men who surrounded Alice. She reached her hand into the middle of the circle and laced her fingers through Alice’s. The blonde looked at Dana and smiled the sweetest smile that she had ever seen.
“Darling there you are. I’ve been telling these guys that unfortunately for them I’m already taken. However some of them don’t believe me.”
“Sorry gentlemen but Alice is very much taken.”
There was a general groan from the crowd and Alice slipped out from the circle and made her way to the edge of the room still with her fingers entwined with Dana’s.
“Thanks for that. Some of them guys are harmless enough but others are real jerks. Hope I didn’t cross a line with the whole ‘darling’ stuff.”
“Not at all. Actually I liked it.”
Alice leant against the wall and faced Dana with a lop-sided grin on her face.
“You liked that huh?”
“I really did.”
Dana pulled Alice in closer and leaned in to kiss her lightly on the lips.
“So how long do we have to be here?”
“God knows. Why, got something else you’d rather be doing?”
“I could think of a thing or two.”
Dana grinned at Alice and was just about to reply when Eric came sauntering over.
“Tell you what Fairbanks, if you get half the deals that have been offered tonight then you’re rolling in it.”

What a surprise and this chapter is awesome! It rocked!!! Loved it when A charmed everyone and got all those deals. I am glad that D saw through Eric and straightened him out immediately. I love the idea of A working under disguised. That would be so perfect. I can totally believe that it was true because of her witty conversation with Eric. D went along with A and said.”always being out of town… to wait for my girl,” lmao. The sex scene was over the top, HOT!!! A’s last comment convinced me that she could not be just an ordinary prostitute. Can’t wait to find out more. This story gets better and better with each chapter. I wasn’t expecting a new chapter so soon! Yay!! Way to go, Alice, for working the room so well! I am worried Eric will be a problem down the line. Wait. I read further and Eric is a complete dick. Dana showed a heck of a lot of restraint. I would have had sex and then asked my questions. Wait. Good Dana! The ending was amazingly hot. I do look forward to their talk to find out more about what Alice is hiding. Excellent update!! Thanks so much, felix86!!

I’ve been a bit out of the loop with this story, but just caught up. Love it! I can imagine Alice charming everybody at that party. I’m very curious to know what’s the real deal with her. It would be great if Alice indeed were a underover journalist, but I think she really has had a rough life and she’s trying to pay her dues. Looking forward to the next chapter!

Wow i was excited to see a new post so soon, LOVED IT. I really enjoy how well Alice can work a crowd and show that she too can look out for Dana and not just Dana looking out for Alice. Alice never lost her B&D while Eric was trying to hound her, i respect that but i hope that its true-we’ll see. The end-well HOTneSS! woot. I shouldnt have read it at work though, LMAO.
