    The space between S1 & S2. Tina’s second night away from home.

     

    Then somewhere that had all stopped. She stopped thinking about what it meant to not have her ring on. She took it off whenever she went into the shower, whilst she slept, even when she was doing the laundry. And she’d stopped being so upset when Bette wasn’t the one to replace it. Somewhere, all those little things had stopped.

     

    As she sat there still running her fingers over where her ring should be she couldn’t place when that somewhere happened. Maybe that was what the problem was. Not that those little things had stopped, but they had stop noticing that they had stopped. How many things had gone unnoticed? Tina hung her head as her thoughts consumed her. How had they let things fall apart? How could they have let themselves get to the point where she was sleeping on Alice‘s couch because Bette had cheated on her?

     

    ‘*****.’ She heard the mumbled word from behind her and turned to see a barely awake Alice stumbling into the doorway.  Alice had been tossing and turning in her bed. She had been having another one of those dreams, of course Dana was in it. She had been investigating Mr. Piddles’ death and had found Dana grief stricken at the gravesite. Alice had found a vial of poison in Tonya’s car and had forensically tested Mr. Piddles’ cat food and had discovered it was the same poison.

     

    When the findings had been revealed to Dana she collapsed into Alice‘s waiting arms. Their lips inches apart when Tonya appeared. She was laughing maniacally as Alice and Dana cowered on the floor beneath her. She had been spouting about how it had all been a plot to steal Dana’s millions. Now that Mr. P was out of the way there was only one obstacle left, Alice.

     

    She had pulled a giant syringe from under her black ***** outfit and was about to inject it into Alice when she had woken up breathing heavily and in a hot sweat. These dreams had to stop. She had tumbled out of bed and was on her way to the kitchen to get a glass of water but had not woken herself enough to prevent her from stubbing her toe on the doorframe of the living room door. She had heard Tina gasp in surprise when she had and slowly she came into focus.

    2. the bigest mistake Bette did of course other then cheat on Tina..was not try talk to Tina after the affair..i hope here she go after Tina soon..cant wait for more thanks :o)

    4. excellent update. i liked the whole mr. piddles investigation dream. it was a much needed comic relief. bette better get her act together and go see tina. can’t wait for next chapter and the emotional rollercoaster that will take us finally to the beginning of S2.

    6. This was indeed a lighter chapter, especially with Alice’s dream. Very funny, actually. I can’t wait to see how you will bring about the meeting of Tina and Bette.

    9. I love how you’ve tackled that difficult scene in the finale, I cant wait till Tina talks about it and see what her perspective is on it. Watching both characters discuss the break up so sadly with their close counterparts is so heart tugging and eye watering, its excellent writing. Thank you.
