“I’m so sweaty and stinky…Boss Lady…” Tina chuckled and grabbed Bette’s hand to kiss her palm. “I ran ten miles today, all the way to that little bagel shop you like and back. I brought back your favorite bagel, it’s on the counter…”
“You did?! How in the world did you manage to carry a bagel back to the house? Where in that super skimpy outfit did you put a bagel of all things”? Bette asked, pulling on the waist of Tina’s shorts and trying to peek lower. She pulled harder and brought her wife down for another searing, sloppy kiss, their tongues dancing.
Tina chuckled and got down on her knees to the side of Bette. “You will never know my darling, damn you are smoking hot Baby” she said and ran the back of her hand over Bette’s stomach and the swells of her breasts. She traced the outline of Bette’s bra with her fingertips. Across the cup and down the middle and back up again. She sat back on her heels and took a long sip of water.
“What’s happening today, Tee”? Bette asked quietly. She sipped her coffee and looked at Tina over the rim of her mug.
“Well…it’s the first day getting the set mapped out. A big day in the production process, we start shooting next month so I need them to get the foundation in place before we add the bigger pieces”. Tina drank more water, some of it spilling down her sports bra and running down her bare stomach. “And I need to see if Jodie and Elena can work together”. Bette traced the path the water took with her finger, palm up and starting at her belly button. She worked her way up to Tina’s mouth where she outlined her lips with her finger. Tina opened her mouth and sucked Bette’s finger teasingly.
“As long as Jodie is in charge she will work hard. She likes to run the show” Bette mused softly, “and thank you for my note this morning, Baby…”
She stood, swinging her legs to the side and leaning over to kiss Tina’s forehead. “I have to go in early, because I am The Boss now, did I mention that I own my own art gallery?” she teased and stood up, the front of her thong lining up with Tina’s face unintentionally.
“Hello, what do we have here?” Tina asked, grabbing Bette by the hips to keep her in place and quickly placing a long lick up the center of her thong. She could taste the wetness. She licked again, slower this time, then moved Bette’s thong to the side “look at that…a beautiful sexy…boss of a…pussy”, she answered herself. Bette giggled and squirmed, her hands coming to rest on Tina’s head, she gasped, “Baby…I…”

And that was how Bette Porter was late for her first day as Boss of The Porter-Kennard Gallery and how Tina Kennard made sure Bette knew she would be there when things got hard.

I am so proud that they are talking about their feelings and how Bette expressed her hurt to Tina. She was so right that they have to share and trust each other so that nobody can hurt them and try to come in between them.

Fantastic !!! and yeah that’s true, I found season 6 a little botched, with more questions than answers and that’s why I’m infuriated at the thought of the new show, we’ll never get the answers !

Sorry to hear you have had a rough time of late, hopefully you are on the other side of what ever is going on! Thank you for your kind words (again) and for loving this story. I agree that Bette was always more tender, and open about her feelings and Tina was more reserved on the show. I am hoping to show that Tina still needs some work in this area, but that she is finally trying. I cherish their relationship too and hope we can all experience something close to this in our own lives…..
Look for the next chapter Friday, assuming I can get my work done this week. It is written but I proofread obsessively and often change the story on the final read through….
