    “And how are you coping?”

     

    “Like all of us I could have killed her so many times and for so many reasons, like poisoning Dylan. I know we had very little chance, but Jenny killed what chance we did have.“

     

    Tina smiled, “Bette and I have these conversations sometime about which one of us would have done something to her if we’d gotten the chance.“

     

    “Would you?”

     

    “Hell I was steamed up to do something to her – I had just found out what she’d done with the prints!  That had got me fired and I remember how angry I was. Bette was just as pissed.“

     

    “I do wonder if she was trying to provoke each of us into killing her.“

     

    Tina laughed, “That would be ironic – she dies accidentally before one of us does the deed.“

     

    There was a long silence. 

     

    “I still expect to see her – in The Planet and at Shane’s – I even still hear her wittering on.”

     

    Tina smiled, “Me too.“

     

    Helena shook herself free of the darkness that talking about Jenny still invoked in all of them.

     

    “On a happier note, how are you and Bette doing?”

     

    Tina beamed, “Never better.  She’s at peace and I am doing what I just love doing the most – producing movies. We’re happy – she’s a wonderful partner. I don’t think our relationship has been this solid in years.“

     

    “That’s fantastic.“

     

    They both hear shouting from outside.

     

    “That sounds to me like Bette and Angie are back.“

     

    Helena and Tina went outside quick enough to see Bette hugging Shane and Alice embracing Angie.  Both were talking ninety to the dozen. Helena stood with Tina as they watched.

     

    “Angie’s grown,“ Helena commented as Shane picked her up and kissed her.

     

    “She has and she’s found her voice.  Her teacher says she never shuts up.“

     

    “Think she’s been infected by Alice disease?”

     

    “That’s pretty much what Bette says.“

     

    Bette looked up to the house and beamed, “Helena.“

     

    Helena ran down the stairs and greeted her one time nemesis with a hug.

     

    “Good to see you Bette.“

    4. I do believe that it was a truly GREAT (or should I say excellent?) idea to let different writers create a story together!!!!it will be so capturing to follow the storyline and discover the diferences in each writer’s personality…:)

    14. This should be fun. Just imagine being stranded with Alice for days on end. Hope they have a good supply of masking tape for her mouth. And she doesn’t know that they are stranded in an area that has bear sightings. That should keep her going for days on end or at least until the booze is gone.

    16. This should be a fun trip. Some of the writers are going to have a field day with this one. I’ll be tuning in. With all the liquor at least they’ll stay hydrated. And in house entertainment by Ms Alice P.

    17. ally, what a great start! The pages just flew by. I lived not too far from Bear Mountain State Park about 25 years ago. It is a beautiful area. NEXT!!!!!!
