“I am never changing my mind about being with you.” Bette’s voice was tiny as if it was a whisper from years ago flitting through her memory.

“But I’m asking a lot of you…” Tina’s hazel eyes were pleading.

Bette interrupted her while circling Tina’s lips. “Tina, I already told you. I only want you, my love. I’ll wait forever if I have to.”

The dimples on Tina’s cheek rose as she slipped Bette’s thumb under her tongue. A moan lulled from the blonde while Bette’s knees twitched. Bette watched the lush pink mouth plant whisks of kisses across her fingers, and pucker full lips to the inside of her palm and along her wrist.

A slight murmur escaped Tina’s throat as her mouth instinctively grasped the end of the satin belt in front of her and pulled it loose with her teeth. As the robe opened, Tina reveled in the sight of Bette’s towering statuesque body.

“Have I told you how much I like this robe?” Tina asked all cheeky, in wit and in hands.

“Really? Because you just keep trying to take it off of me.” Bette smirked, her long fingers caressing Tina’s neck.

“Ooooo…” Tina silently scowled, pretending to be hurt. She failed to wink seductively at her former wife but even with the adorable double blink, Bette was tugging under the loose bun, encouraging Tina to move forward.

Tina kissed each golden thigh with tender caresses, never breaking the consuming eye contact with Bette. Tina wanted to swan dive into those giant chocolate pools. Their inviting aura made a mess of Tina’s intentions causing a range of emotions trembling between them. Their eyes always spoke what their words could not. So it was the receptiveness oozing from Bette now that made Tina want and need her differently. Tina once thought she needed Bette like she needed oxygen but now she needed Bette like she needed water. For peace and tranquility, for passion and rapture, for replenishment, and even for weight. They were getting to know each other all over again but with the benefit of having loved, regardless of their divorce, for better or for worse.

“I really should call my car soon.” Tina uttered between kisses. The huskiness of her voice contradicted herself and warmed against Bette’s center. Bette spread her arms along the railing, jutting her hips forward.
