Tina awoke the next morning in complete bliss. With a deep sigh of content, she rolled onto her back and ran a hand through her hair while she brought her free hand to her lips. A soft smile appeared on Tina’s face as she softly traced the soft flesh, it was still tingling from Bette’s kisses.
No one had ever kissed her like Bette did, bringing her to a place she never wanted to come back from. With each touch, each nip and stroke of that delicious tongue, Tina felt completely consumed. It was intoxicating, addicting and utterly arousing.
Before Tina realized what she was doing, her hand was slipping passed the elastic waistband of her pants in hopes of assuaging the ache between her legs. Tina closed her eyes as thoughts of Bette filled her mind, the soft lids quickly opening as the sound of an intruding voice came from the other end of the door.
"Tina, darling are you gettin’ up for breakfast?"
Tina ran her tongue over her teeth and let out a heavy sigh. Having your body feel like its on fire due to all the lustful thoughts including beautiful woman and not being able to do anything about it was one thing, your mother bring the reason why was an entirely different scenario.
"Yes, momma I’m comin’" Tina called out as she dragged herself out of bed.
"No pun intended" She mumbled with another sigh.
As she got dressed, Tina reasoned that her mother’s interruption was probably for the best. She wanted to save every bit of her excitement for when she and Bette were together. Tina would spend hours worshiping Bette’s body, making love to her with reckless abandon. The blonde smirked at the naughty thoughts that once again filled her mind, the throbbing between her legs increasing greatly and Tina had to take a few deep breaths to get herself under control.
She slipped on her shoes and chuckled to herself, never would she have thought that things would have turned out the way they did. In a lot of ways, it was still very unbelievable. Tina was so sure she had her life set out, everything was in order and there was nothing more she needed. Except she had been wrong, Bette was the only thing she needed and the one thing she had been missing in her life. Tina wanted to kick herself for having wasted so much time because of her stubborn pride, five years is a long time to waste. Bette had her stubborn ways too, a pride like no other and a temper that could easily clear a room. They both let a lot of things get in the way of their happiness but now they had a second chance to make it right.

Great chapter. I love this story. Hope Tina doesn’t lose her resolve to end her relationship with helena. I hated that Bette called herself a loser, she is not. I can hardly wait to see what happens when helena finds out that Tina is not a Fairbanks. Gonna have to rent the movie so I can see what happened to the cat and a few other things. Never saw the movie in its entirety. Always check to see if you have posted. Thanks for sharing.

I am too surprised by the actions of younger Tina, but then she was always seen differently in the eyes of Bette. With Helena she has the pretence that she all sweet and dandy like butter wouldn’t melt. Helena it seemed to me you put our girl on a pedestal. And you ain’t gonna like what’s you see when you realize, Tina’s heart belongs to Bette always has always will. Can’t wait for more.
Now with Helena in town, I hope Tina can see clearly why she never fell in love with Helena. I am loving this story.
i get giddy everytime i see a new post to this story. i like how you change the backstory about the cat, definitely highlighted a diff side of tina that can be mischievous but adorable at the same time. can’t wait to read the next installment. thank you for this lovely update :)
Good thing Bette has the shovel in the back, she can make that side trip to the unknown location. I know that’s what she’s thinking, gripping that steering wheel as tight as she is. Loving this story somethin fierce Liah!!!!! Thank you for the awesome post.

I’m loving this story. I haven’t seen the movie, but can’t imagine it’s as good. The characters as Southerners are absolutely adorable. Bette’s comment about Tina falling for a loser broke my heart. Can’t wait for the next chapter!
