Chapter 2
So the idea of reincarnation contains a most comforting explanation of reality by means of which Indian thought surmounts difficulties which baffle the thinkers of Europe.
She breezed into the conference room with all the authority that goes with owning the place. This is Bette Porter at her best. She is confident, at ease and in charge. Instantly she grabs the attention of all when she walks into the room. Looking around the conference table, all faces turn to her. With her position of authority secured, Bette makes her way to the chair at the head of the table. It is 11:20, all in attendance had been asked to be present at 11 sharp. Bette is well aware the Harris’ have been waiting for this meeting for twenty minutes but she didn’t care. Her only thought on that is “It’s about time they learn their place”.
Bette has never suffered fools easily. It’s something engrained in her being, the ability to stay disconnected. It was the distance that she placed around her that kept her sharp thus serving her well in all her dealings both personal and professional.This meeting should be the last piece to the picture that before had only been a vision in her mind. She’s been putting the pieces together for quite awhile now and today was the day it finally all came together. Bette has crafted this puzzle with careful attention to detail by first working on the borders and then filling in the middle. When all the parties left the table today the coup de tat will be complete. The contracts will be signed concluding Bette’s takeover of Harris Industries.
To any observer from the outside looking in this deal appears to be a fairy tale ending, the white knight, Bette Porter and her team, riding in to save the day for the Harris Corporation. Bette Porter appears with all her financial might to be riding in to save the Harris Empire from crumbling to pieces from the weight of its own incompetence and mismanagement. Some reviews of this possible deal from the financial sector talk about the hope that Bette and her team represent. The new captain, the fresh air that may restore some of the previous glory the Harris Corporation has enjoyed.

well I think this kind of plots will make us try hard to concentrate and reread previous chapters to follow, I love Bette when she is sharp and powerful, and also for the wedding it was wonderfully described Bette he is a real charmer, and Tina is a beauty, and I hope u will tell us the story of their previous lives which they knew each other before ;D
