    Storm Watch 02.20 – Invisible

“If you don’t trust me, trust Tina.  I know what I’m doing Shane.”  Shane bit her full lip and nodded, when the judge gave her an odd look, she stammered.

“Yes your honor, she is.”  Rosita stood to her full height and waited, as the judge shuffled papers, the opposing council was chuckling behind his hand.  The same hand that wore a Rolex that cost more than what Rosita was worth, even on a good day.  She sighed, this is why lawyers had bad reputations.  They’d railroaded Shane through the system, as a punishment for Shane sleeping with a woman that obviously wanted her attention, what a bunch a malarkey.

“I have evidence here that Miss McCutcheon violated her restraining order.  She was within 500 feet of both Cheri and Steven Jaffe.”  The judge stated handing the papers to the bailiff so that he could in turn hand them to Rosita.  Rosita looked them over, having already done so, but she wanted the time and to give the judge the feeling that she’d just been brought up to speed.

“Yes your Honor.  I have proof your Honor that shows that Mr. Jaffe is the one that violated that order.”  She said confidently, a small smile played on her lips as the other lawyer grabbed Jaffe and started to whisper into his ear.  Surprise, surprise mother fuckers.

“You do, do you?”  The judge asked sarcastically, and then he waved for the evidence.

“Yes Sir, I have a video tape that proves he was the one that came into the Planet, a well-known ***** establishment, sat for only a moment and then he called 911 Sir.  When he did this, his wife then entered the Planet.  It was a set up your Honor.  I also have the time that the 911 call was placed, and a credit card receipt of Sh…  Miss McCutcheon‘s showing that she’d been there for over an hour when the 911 call was placed.  The order was for both ways your Honor that means he was to stay away from her, as well as she from he.  Also unless Mr. Jaffe is now a *****, he truly had no reason to be there, besides to either harass or set up Miss McCutcheon Sir.”  Ro stated and the opposing lawyer stood, yelling about slander.  Rosita pulled out the VCD and she walked over, handing it to the bailiff and then him to the judge.  The camera tech had been wonderful about getting this stuff to her.  She would have to tell Shane that she owed the young man a debt of gratitude.  Along with 100 bucks.
