“TK I’m sorry” Alice said
“For what?” Tina asked
“For saying you dress like my grandmother” They all start laughing all over again
“I’m sorry guys for being so childish I guess I have a lot of growing up to do and a lot of thick skin to develop”
“Tina, you’re going to be just fine, you are one of the most level headed people I know, yeah your probably a little naive and inexperienced but you’ll learn to be all ALPHA and aggressive just do me a favor” Shane asked
“What’s that?” Tina asked
“Don’t let it change you in here” Shane points to Tina’s chest, you can change the way you look and the way you act and present yourself but don’t let in change Tina, the naïve little girl from South Carolina is very special and she will always define who you really are.”
“Thanks Shane for everything you’ve done”
“Who… are… you” Alice asked looking strangely at Shane “Geez Shane when did you get so sappy?”
“Shut up Al”
“Hey Tina I know something that will make you happy, don’t you have a birthday coming up?” Asked Alice
“I guess with all that’s going on, I almost forgot” Tina sat back in her chair “Next month, I’ll turn 23” Tina said with a smile
“Well we have to go celebrate, there is this club called the “Hit” we should go check out it’s a brand new lezzy club”
“Al??” Shane looked at Alice
“What?? She’ll have fun besides you only turn 23 once”
“I’m so happy I met you guys” Tina gave them both hug
Just then Katherine and Bette walk into the plant and head to the counter to place their coffee orders.
“Bette isn’t that Shane, Alice and your secretary?” Katherine asked Bette
Bette looks over her shoulder startled
“Yeah, yes that’s them” Bette stammered “You know Katherine I really have to go I just remembered I have something to do”
“Bette lets go say hi” Katherine grabs Bette by the hand and drags her over to the table
“Good morning, Shane, Alice….I’m sorry I don’t remember your name” Looking at Tina
“Tina” both Shane and Alice said at the same time
“Yes, I’m sorry………. Tina”

Hmmm…Bette was going to “take the time in New York to think and come to a decision regarding the blond”, instead she spends time with Catherine and tries to avoid T the first time she sees her….real mature. I hope T can find some self-confidence w/new clothes, contacts and job, she can’t let Bette bring her down. PPS!

Well, that was a bummer. I would love to see Bette dump Katherine and officially date Tina. Should be an interesting time for Bette and Tina.

Thanks for posting….Bette’s behavior of not calling Tee and not even checking how she is after that night is really rude and dissapointing for Tina. If Bette is angry that Tina lied about her virginity, she should be ashamed of taking advantage of her in a drunken state…….. I think now is the time for Tina to prove that she is strong and honorable soon, with her new status in her new job as vice plus the new wardrobe, makeover and contact lens, (cuz she can afford them now) men and women will be drooling on this new and imroved Tina…..Let Bette suffer for now just to give her a lesson that she and her feelings is not the only important things in the world………Let the drooling begin……Pls post very soon. thanks.
Bette pretends to be this big strong alpha that can get any woman she wants but she has no guts and backbone. She wants Tina and she needs to tell her that otherwise she just seems to be a damed predator that uses people and not give a damnabout them or their feelings. She really needs to change that image. The only difference between her and Shane is her age and more polish, otherwise she is the same. Yes, you can tell I’m really getting pissed with Bette’s actions towards Tina. She acts just like any old rutting pig. Tina is really too good for her. And I hate katherine. Rant over. Thanks so much for posting.

i’m so glad you posted – i love this story but i too find it strange that The Lovely Bette wouldn’t try to get in touch with Tina while she was away, especially if she was feeling guilty but hey ho let see what she does now she’s back…maybe she can redeem herself! pps

Ummmm, did I miss a chapter or something? Tina mentioned something about them having sex! WHEN did that happen and where the heck was I? Don’t tell me Tina had her first time with a woman and I don’t get to read it! Ok, I’m going back and reading the previous chapter, because I know I didn’t somehow skip something that huge! I mean, I’ve been sick, but not THAT sick. And btw, I love the story.
I’m with Nsync here. That was really rude of Bette to not even call Tina. That was downright chickenshit. I’m seriously angry with Bette and it makes me want to laugh because we’re reading about fictional characters. lol I really do think Shane should find out and almost kick Bette’s ass for it. I say almost because we really don’t need any bloodshed here.
I’m not that mad with Bette. Don’t get me wrong I understand Tina and I would be crashed as well, but Bette is a thinker. She always needs time. It would be easier for all if she would just say what she feels, but I believe in time it is what will happen. She is just someone who always takes the rocky road. PPS.

I know everyone appears to be on Bette’s case in this story but I can see her point of view I mean yeah she can get pretty much whom ever she wanted but she has the feelings for Tina and she is bit fearful that she loose that control of her heart but that she is placing Tina in a place like she is to delicate to handle Alpha Bette and she assumes to know what type of relationship and person Tina need and that fact that she feels like she can’t be that person…But Hey Bette sometimes you just have to take the plunge!

Sounds like Tina is gonna seify herself, and man do I ever think it’s gonna make Bette jealous. Hopefully they’ll both see the light and start talking! PPS
I am absolutely intrigued as to where you will move the story next. Both of these two are moving in separate directions and yet they can’t seem to let the other go. I hope Bette shows up at Hit for Tina’s birthday celebration. Maybe this time Tina won’t drink as much and the two will really be able to make a connection.
