“Helena did you day “Head of Production and Development?”
“Yes! Tina I met with Aaron today and we both agree that you’re ready to take on the added responsibility he is highly impressed as am I with your work”
“Helena I knew we had discussed this but I didn’t realize it would be happening so soon”
“Well Tina I don’t know anyone who deserves it more, I’ll be honest with you I thought the we would lose you the first couple of months, I’m glad you didn’t break and give up, you’re going to do great things Tina, I can feel it”
“I don’t know what to say Helena except that I won’t let you or Aaron down, I promise”
“I don’t doubt it for one minute Tina, you’re very talented. Now why don’t you turn off your computer grab your things go put on a fabulous dress and accompany me to the launch party of your friend’s magazine “Art L.A.” I hear it’s going to be huge”
“Besides Tina, mummy is going to be there and I don’t want to get nagged on for showing up alone, so say you’ll go”
“You know what Helena I wasn’t going to attend but you’ve have given me a reason to celebrate tonight”
“Great! Why don’t you go home and I’ll pick you up in a couple of hours” Helena said
“I’ll see you in a couple of hours then” Tina said smiling back
Tina was putting the final touches on her makeup when she heard the intercom signal telling her someone was at the gated entrance.
“Tina its Helena”
“Helena I’m going to buzz you in”
Tina took one last look in the full length mirror, she was confidant she had made the right decision choosing the red dress. The red contrasted beautifully against her alabaster skin, and the red color made her hazel eyes pop.
The dress had thin shoulder straps that showed off her well toned arms, she was grateful Shane had talked her into going to the gym with her twice a week to work on her muscle definition.
The dress was made of a silky material that clung to all the right places accenting all the correct curves the deep neck line should off just enough of her cleavage, and the slit that ran from the hem of the dress that was just above her knee to just below her thigh showed off her well toned legs, this made her thankful she still found time to go on her morning run. Tina decided on wearing her hair down, it was just below her shoulders with slight waves.
Just then she heard a knock on her door slipping on her pumps and grabbing her clutch she ran to the door and opened it.
“Wow! Tina you look simply ravishing” Helena said
Tina the heat rise up to her cheeks
“Thank you Helena, you look very nice as well”
“Thank you Tina, Shall we go?”
“Yes I’m ready” Tina said “Oh wait I forgot my earrings I’ll be right back”
Tina ran into her bedroom and picked up the earring s she had left on the dresser and ran out the door with Helena.

Oh those earrings…hmmm…Bette sounds as though she needs some reason to stop acting a fool – 7 critical months – and poor Tina really needed her too. I wonder if Shane has been keeping Bette posted. Can’t wait to read about Bette’s expression when she sees Tina after all this time…

Yes, yes a little of Tina and Helena, that might help to put some sence in Bette and she can realice of what she is losing, but I guess that she know. Jealousy is a bit…, the earring, nice.

wow, i have planned to write a Telena story so I caught the description and just popped in for a read…is the Telena going to stick I wonder or will T run back to B…eventually? given time I will read backwards. Nice. I like T in red. Trust Helena gives her a great time, I love me some Helena.
I can’t believe Bette has not made contact with Tina in 7 mos, is she crazy or what. And Helena does not need to get her hooks into Tina, she needs to find someone else to date and leave Tina to Bette. Besides when she sees Tina in that red dress she will be very jealous then maybe she will make a move. Great chapter. PPS

Great chapter but too short. I can’t wait to see Bette’s reaction when she sees Tina. I am disappointed that she has not paid attention to Tina in seven months – but hopefully she will just feel that need to ravish Tina when she sees her! PPS
