“Well Ms. Kennard I see you’ve done your homework”
Catherine looked over the papers she was just handed.
“Ms. Kennard I too like to be knowledgeable, I pride myself in knowing the people I associate myself with after all in this business image is everything and I want to make sure my gallery and my name are associated with the RIGHT people, so I took some time to find out a little something about you as well. You haven’t been with Shiloh-Peabody too long, but already your head of your department an executive V.P, which makes you one of the youngest and one of the best, I know Helena Peabody and she’s a very smart business woman so there is no doubt in my mind you are THE best. I also know your documentary is up for an award actually my mistake several awards, I goggled your name and also found that several of your college short films and documentaries have also won awards. You’ve been described by your professors and associates as dedicated and honest and committed to the projects you associate yourself with”
Tina raised a brow “Very good Catherine, I’m impressed” Tina said with a smile.” And please call me Tina”
Tina, Tina why does that name sound so familiar….. Catherine thought to herself
Again Tina noticed the frown on Catherine’s face and surmised she was finally putting 2 and 2 together.
“Catherine if you’re not too busy I would like it if you could show me around you had a back room roped off, I was curious to see if maybe you would be able to show me the space it looks perfect for what were looking for”
“Sure, sure of course” Catherine stood from her chair and opened the office door for Tina and as proceeded to walk to the back of the gallery Catherine asked:
“So Tina, why is it that an executive such as yourself is out scouting locations, I thought the studio had people to do the leg work for you”
“Yes, the studio has location scouts on hand, but this project is near and dear to me, my college roommate is the author of the book and I actually spent a lot of late nights helping her, so I promised to be true to her vision and story if she would let me and the studio develop this into a movie”

Thanks for the wonderful update… I am certainly able to understand why Tina is so confused. Bette’s behavior has been puzzling at best. I’m so relieved that she turned Helena down but she is certainly playing with fire in regards to Catherine. Hmmm…can’t wait for more. Hope you post the next chapter soon.
ooooooh, I like your throwing Catherine in the mix. Maybe that will give Bette the kick in the pants she needs!

Thank you for the update…..I was hoping to read you update everytime I visit the site…..I guess Tina want’s to know how serious is Catherine/Bette relationship, so she agreed to have coffee w/ her……..Bette needs to prove to T that she’s inlove w/ her……Where is Bette by the way?….I think she is hurt the way T left her office…..but Im glad to know they will be together soon, now that Helena is out of the way …… I hope to see your next post when you have a chance….thanks.

I am enjoying the different people in different professions; like Bette owning a magazine. I cannot wait for Tina and Better to meet at the dinner and gallery opening. My heart is POUNDING really fast. PPS

So happy to see a new post! I learned long ago to develop LOTS of patience when it comes to being a fan fiction reader. Most often the wait is well worth it. I really do love how you pace the story and keep it all connected. Yes I too missed Bette in this one, but know there is a reason for everything, right? Can’t wait for the rest!

Glad that Tina turn down Helena. They will make beautiful friends. Now Catherine is a diferent story, I remember what she said about Tina when she worked for Bette. Where is Bette, she is going to lose Tina,After all Tina and Brenda has been together.
