Michelle gulps.
Bette shakes her head and chuckles. “Yeah, that’s what I thought…. when’s the last time you had dinner at Kai’s Steakhouse?”
Michelle’s eyes widen, she then drops her head in shame.
Bette shakes her head. “Look at me and answer the fucking questions, Michelle…. tell me the truth for once…. you’re still sleeping with her, correct?”
“I’ve seen her once since we’ve been separated……it was a few days ago…”
“And the Steakhouse?”
Michelle slowly lifts her head. “Liv was supposed to meet us that night, but she couldn’t make it, so–”
Bette puts her hands on her hips. “Bullshit…. that’s bullshit, Michelle. That’s not a fucking happy hour kind of place. That’s a date night spot, and you fucking know it……” She then turns her back to Michelle, shakes her head, and closes her eyes. “I’m so fucking stupid….” She says to herself. “What the fuck are you doing, Bette?”
Michelle starts to panic. “I’m sorry…I’m sorry I lied, but I’m just so scared of losing you…” She emotionally says.
Bette opens her eyes but keeps her back to Michelle. She then squares her shoulders and slowly turns to face her wife again. “I’m done….” She says, then takes her keys from her pockets and opens her car door.
“What the fuck does that mean?” Michelle asks.
Bette turns and looks at Michelle. “It means I don’t trust a fucking word that comes out of your mouth….so our marriage is over ….”
Michelle angrily walks over to Bette. “After one fucking conversation? Are you kidding me? You’re not even going to try?”
Bette motions between herself and Michelle. “This was me fucking trying, Michelle! I came, I had a conversation, and you fucking lied, right to my damn face……”
Michelle gulps. “I’m sorry…. please don’t do this baby….” She whispers.
“You fucking around on me is infuriating, but the fact that you can lie to me like you just did is chilling because if I didn’t already know the answer, I would’ve believed you…. what else are you lying about? How many times have you looked at me like that and lied? I don’t trust you to tell me the truth, Michelle….so I’m done…this marriage is done……”
Bette slides one foot into the car before Michelle responds.
“Ya know, out of everything I said, you never once denied the fact that deep down you still have feelings for Tina…. maybe that’s the real issue here; maybe you’re just using this as an excuse to pursue your ex-wife….”
“You’re not gonna pull me back into your web of conspiracies, Michelle……but the good news for you is that it’s no longer your concern what the fuck I’m doing…. call and leave your attorney’s information with James at your earliest convenience….” She then slides into her car and brings the engine to life before speeding out of the parking lot.
Bette pulls onto the street, dials a number on her phone, and listens as the phone rings through her Bluetooth. “Hi Joyce, sorry to call so late……yes, I’m ready, you’re clear to proceed….” She then ends the call as the light turns green, and she speeds down the street……

Michelle’s a dog and got exactly what she deserved.
Although I think Bette was far too lenient to wait three weeks to confront her. Michelle should have gotten an immediate sendoff for good.
Looking forward to Tibette rediscovering their love for one another.

It turns out that Tina indirectly helped Bette not to fall into the trap of believing in Michelle’s honesty. One more sign, aside from what Michelle has noticed that Bette and Tina belong to each other even subconsciously, that Tina is the key to Bette’s happiness. If Tina hadn’t confessed what she saw, Bette would have made the mistake of believing what Michelle told her.
Michelle… Michelle. You knew when you first started to date Bette, she had a history. She was angry and hurt by Tina abruptly leaving and not giving her a conversation or a chance to have some sort of relationship (friendship, or as co-parents) with their soon to be child. You knew that Bette still loved Tina or she would not have gone so far to try to find her or support her even when she did not know where she was. You knew that Bette loved her deeply and with a passion that generally only comes once in a lifetime. You also knew that even though, those feeling existed, Bette was true to you and whatever her relationship was with Tina, she would be true to you. So you allowed Bette’s past to excuse you from getting a little extra attention and sympathy from someone else. And you are surprised that Bette is calling it quits? What if it had been Bette who was sneaking off to be with Tina? Would you stay with Bette? I think not… Yeah, you made a stupid decision, now you will live with the results.

And the NERVE to blame Bette for YOUR INSECURITIES, this chick is all in HER FEELINGS (Tina Lights Up YOUR WORLD Bette)!!! Running an whining to Olivia and AVA for attention…just an excuse for you to sneak and cheat!
So thankful Bette had the info from Tina about the dinner DATE. No it was not a one time hit it and quit it. She was having a full out AFFAIR with Ava and enjoying it!
