    “How do you know what I said to Tabitha … what the fuck are you playing at Tina?” “Actually I’m done playing Jodi. The game is over for both of us.” Tina got up and nonchalantly walked to the wall switch and turned on the overhead lights. She then moved over to a wall mirror

    “How do you know what I said to Tabitha … what the fuck are you playing at Tina?”

    “Actually I’m done playing Jodi. The game is over for both of us.”

    Tina got up and nonchalantly walked to the wall switch and turned on the overhead lights. She then moved over to a wall mirror and removed the wig then peeled the special effects mask from her face. She used a wet wipe facial cleanser to remove the remnants of the adhesive Max had applied. She sterilized her hands with another cleanser then slipped the contact lenses into place. When the beautiful blonde turned around she smiled her engaging smile as recognition dawned on Jodi’s face. Tina half expected Jodi to have a stroke but she didn’t. She just remained immobile with her mouth agape. Tina switched her accent and tone to complete her transformation to Tabitha Wells as she continued to torment Jodi.

    “It’s good you have a strong heart Jodi but the look on your face is priceless. I guess you want to know what’s going on?” Tabitha asked.

    “I want to know why you’ve been impersonating my wife Tabitha. How could you do something so malicious? Did Joyce and Kelly put you up to this?” Jodi was incredulous at being made a mockery.

    “Actually your wife has been impersonating me Jodi. You see I didn’t finish telling you about the other brilliant doctor at the clinic on Tahaa. She is one of the best plastic surgeons in the world. When I was dragged from that swamp my injuries were as severe as that mask portrays. I spent six months at that clinic having surgery after surgery followed by months of physical and emotional therapy. I overcame my fear of water. I toned and shaped my body. My spirit was renewed; my soul restored and at the end of it all I became Tabitha Wells. You will note that I used Dave’s last name but it was no longer just a name that I used when I couldn’t remember my own. I was a completely different person. It was hard and it was painful but by God it was worth it.
    The memory loss was a godsend. Otherwise during that time I might have let hatred and rage eat me up inside. It would have been so easy to just go to the police and tell them who I was and have you two arrested for attempted murder. I would have wanted to destroy you like you destroyed me but instead I found inner peace and love. I found healing through my art. I’ve painted some marvelous pieces which will be displayed at the Hammer Museum’s ‘Emerging Artist Exhibit’ this spring.

    2. My God! I’m smiling like a damn fool at 1:05 am and my ass needs to be asleep cause I got to get up at 5 am for work. I was asleep but woke up several times to check for the post. FINALLY it was here and I just finished reading it! Tina gave a performance of a LIFE TIME! Tina Kennard wins the OSCAR for best actress! You go girl! You one bad ass BITCH! Babe In Total Control Herself!! Bette just topped it off by putting her arms around her. That was such a romantic moment! I had tears in my eyes at that moment! You are one AMAZING writer! I’m still acting like I’ve NEVER read this before! Its so amazing and wonderful. I can’t wait until the next chapter but I have to.     8. It was worth the wait. This chapter was fantastic! I loved that Tina was no longer a victim but victorious. All people should quit being the victim, but turn the tables on the abuser. Thank you for sharing your talent with us. I hope there will be more chapters to this story, but it will be hard to beat this last chapter. No matter what, I do wish you the best in your writings and I hope that you are doing it as a career, you do have talents.
