"I’m looking forward to this," Tina grinned, getting a look of confusion from Bette before continuing, "Seeing you attempt to behave."
Bette let out a breath of laughter, "I can be very controlled."
"Really?" Tina smirked, leaning her head down for Bette’s ears only. "Even though you know I want you back?"
With that, Tina stepped away and started toward another seat beside them. Bette chuckled deeply with a look of passion in her eyes. "Ooh hoo hoo."
Tina sat down on the bench with a smile as Bette joined her.
"You’re terrible," Bette smiled, glancing over to the blonde with lust-filled eyes.
"Hey, I can practice some self control," Tina said, unable to keep that same smile from her face.
"Well so can I," Bette replied smoothly.
"Oh you can?" Tina challenged her, turning to face Bette. "Can I trust you to behave?"
"I could ask the same of you," Bette grinned, putting her arm along the back of their seat. Tina wanted to kiss her in that moment, but knew she would have to be strong.
"Hey, I’m not the one that was preying on a work associate, standing behind them," Tina said to tease Bette, but ended up trailing off.
"And how did that work for you?" Bette asked smugly with a smile.
Tina chuckled at the quick return and shook her head, knowing she had only set herself up for that.
"It didn’t," Tina lied with a smile remaining on her lips at the memory of Bette invading her personal space.
"Oh really? Interesting meeting you here then," she smirked, "What a mezmorizing coincidence."
Tina made a face trying to stop a bigger smile from forming. She hated that Bette was making such a fool of her. ‘So fucking sexy,’ she thought to herself, and then trying to scold herself inwardly.
Bette watched the expression on Tina’s face change and smiled to herself. "So what do you say we just sit together … I mean, seeing as we’re both here anyways."
"You really love my misery, don’t you?" Tina asked with more laughter.
"I’m swimming in it," Bette grinned, relaxing slightly in the seat.
"Ladies," the hostess announced, stepping over toward them, "Your table’s ready."
Tina looked at Bette and Bette shot her a look back.

As I sit here and read this fabulous story with its witty sexual banter, I just ask myself one thing…why oh why couldn’t Ilene have given us just a smigden of this in S6? Cripes! I guess that’s for another discussion. I love this chappie! A dinner date filled with flirting — such a delicacy.
