“Shane?” Dana finally got her eyesight back and saw her former friend in front of her. She went to move, but she was tied up to the chair. “What the—what the hell is going on?” She began to move around in the chair.

“Hey—hey relax D. Don’t hurt yourself,” she smiled.

“Where am I? Where’s Jean?” Shane leaned against the counter.

“Jean—where’s Jean? She’s the least of your problems.” She rubbed her chin. “I thought Alice was your main concern.”

“Alice?” Dana looked at Shane. “Where’s Alice?”

“Now you’re worried about the love of your life, but didn’t she leave you when you needed her in a time of need?” Dana looked around.

“Who is that?” Shane smiled as Magneto walked into the room. “I’m finally getting to meet Dana Fairbanks. I heard that you were more powerful than me and Charles.” He stood in front of Dana. “But you don’t look like anything,” Dana looked at the man in front of her. “What can you do?” He looked at Shane. “Oh wait—you can destroy anything that comes in your path, and you’re telepathic.” He nodded and smiled. “You can do something for me.”

“I won’t help you destroy a fuckin’ thing.” She glared at him.

“You will—whether you like it or not. You’re going to help your generation into control this pathetic place we call earth, and we’re going to rule this world with force.”

“Where’s Alice?”

“Well—she’s right next to you.” Dana looked to her left and saw Alice unconscious tied in a chair. Her head dangled with her hair in her face.

“Alice,” Dana waited to reach to her, but couldn’t. “Alice!”

“She can’t hear you love,” Magneto smiled. “She won’t hear you for a while.”

“What did you do to her?” The door slammed behind Dana, and Shane jumped.

“You take care of her—I have something to take care of.” Magneto walked towards the door and opened it.

“You’re fuckin’ dead! Dead!” Dana screamed and broke the arm off the chair, and Shane went towards her. Dana swung and hit Shane with the arm of the chair. Shane went down to the ground, and Dana broke out of the rope. Jenny came towards the room and hit Dana in the back of the neck. Dana dropped to the floor, and Shane slowly got back onto her feet. Dana groaned as Shane kicked her in her ribs.

“Fuckin’ bitch,” she spit blood out of her mouth, and Jenny kneeled down by Dana. She stuck a needle in Dana’s neck, and Dana winced in pain. She felt the room spin, and her head whirled around. Her eyes rolled in the back of her head as she lost consciousness once again.
