    Some insight on B & T as well as plans for a week vacation

    "Oh baby look! They give scuba diving lessons by the resort, can we try it?"

    Bette chuckled at the sound of her wife’s excited voice. It had been a good two minutes since she heard it last and wondered when would be the next time. Ever since the brunette gave her wife the brochure for their vacation getaway, there had been no shutting her up. Not that Bette minded of course, it had been a while since she had seen Tina this happy about anything.

    Bette stepped back from the bathroom mirror, angling her head to look through the doorway at her wife lounging in their bed across the room. She was propped up against the headboard, her knees drawn up and the brochure resting on her thighs.

    She was dressed in a pair of silk boy shorts and a thin tank top, looking as delicious as she did comfortable. It made the brunette smile, she missed seeing Tina like that.

    The last couple of months had been extremely stressful for both women due to the combination of their jobs becoming heavily demanding not to mention Tina’s inability to get pregnant. They fought constantly for everything and nothing at all to the point where everyone could easily see that Bette and Tina were walking on eggshells around each other.

    About six months ago, baby talk had filled the Porter – Kennard household but unfortunately Tina was having difficulty conceiving and soon it became the big pink elephant in the center of the room. After a while, it even got in the way of their moments of intimacy however few they had considering their long work hours.

    Bette couldn’t deny how much she missed her wife over the last few months and was grateful to the bit of luck that both of them managed to finish their projects at the same time. They needed a break from the real world to reconnect and Bette was looking forward to spending some real alone time with her wife, completely uninterrupted.

    She smiled and watched as Tina excitedly flipped through the brochure, knowing that her decision to take a vacation with Tina was the best one for both of them.
