    The Shipwreck – Chapter 9

”Water is amazing!” her words brought me out of my revery. I wondered for how long I stared at her, because I clearly didn’t realize she saw me. Oh, God! she must have watched as I practically drooled all over her, making a jerk out of myself, just like one of those idiots or Henry himself.

”What?” I asked. Still confused, with my head clouded by what I still couldn’t really catch.

”The water” she repeated. ”It’s amazing!”

”And… wet” I said out of the blue. Those words clearly mirroring the situation I was feeling in a much lower part of my body.

”What?” she was the one asking now. Thank God she didn’t hear me. She chuckled, ”What did you say?”

”Uh? Nothing, I mean…” I stumbled on my words. ”I meant to say that, I really don’t want to get myself wet, right now” that sounded so wrong!

”Oh, you afraid you might catch a cold?”

Oh, believe me I am very hot, right now, I might burn Hell down. ”Well, there’s still a little breeze, and I am not really used to this”

”No?” she tilted her head, her breasts bouncing as she moved and I could’t stop my eyes from staring. I was screwed.

I forced myself to look back at her face, she seemed pretty amused by it all. She knew so well what I was going through. ”Well, no” there it was, the stumbling again. ”I mean, yes, London has its bad weather, but… you know, it’s not like I have a bath out in the Thames” I tried to explain, but everything coming out of my mouth sounded like nonsense to my ears.

Suddenly a look of mischief covered her face. ”Oh well, that could be a good experience” she slowly approached me.

”What do you mean?” I gasped, as she suddenly jumped with a start, giving me no chance of dodging her and she grabbed me, dragging me into the river. I fell in with a loud splash.

”You!” I snapped shocked, as soon as I came out of water.

    ”What?” she laughed.

    ”You are rude!”

”Told you, I am the savage, you are the lady” she smirked. ”I didn’t mean to get you all wet”

I squinted my eyes. ”Oh, really? I look pretty wet right now”
