    The torch she carried

The battle which had raged in her head since the question had been asked, had all but vanished and she had agreed to travel, alone, with Bette. She had felt her face flush uncontrollably, as she had given her answer but it may have had to do with the fact that Bette’s face had literally lit up with the most amazing smile when she had answered with the affirmative.
The flight was a couple of hours in now and had been quiet for the most part. Filled with idle chat for a while before Tina had succumbed to her flustering but epic short nap, finally taken over by the fatigue of the past two weeks of Olympic Competition in London.
Now awake, she unabashedly was staring at the stunning athlete across from her, who, despite being a few feet away, still was unaware of the torch Tina carried for her.
    "How apt!" Tina smirked internally.
Clad in her Team USA outfit, Bette was quietly reading, sitting sideways on the large seat, a leg tucked under her. Still, totally absorbed, beautiful and in Tina’s eyes the absolute picture of perfection.
And Tina knew a thing or two about how perfect Bette Porter really was.
She thought about the fact that she knew every inch of the athlete’s body. She had seen her undress and undressed countless times, she had touched her physically so many times but never in the way which she knew, given the chance, she could incense the athlete within an inch of her sanity.
Tina had been there everyday, by her side, from the moment Bette’s Olympic preparation had begun.
Delivering support at events, always present at the start of a race for any last minute treatment and at the end for any urgent support and then after that to work on recovery.
Yes, she had touched her for hours on end, running her hands, fingers over the whole surface of her body.
Hell, she had even used her own body, climbing over her for particular tricky manipulation. But never had she elicited out of the athlete the sounds she longed to hear. Ragged breath, urgent pants, pleasure moans…. instead Tina had made her scream sometimes at the top of her lungs, swearing even but it was all because of the painful but necessary treatment Tina had to inflict on her.

    1. I’d say this deserves a gold medal, but then I would be acknowledging that you said it was a one-off. Let’s call this the prelim; after quarter-, semi- and final installments, I’ll hand out the medal. :-)
