Bette smirked and whipped away the tears. She had thought Tina was seeing Eric when she wasnt. He had called her and asked to meet and she did but Bette ran into them and assumed the worst. Bette had even come home three days early to surprise a very depressed Tina. She swore she loved her too and that everything would be okay. And it was, for seven beautiful years Bette thought placing the letter back. She wondered it Tina even remembered about that letter. Probably, she never forgave herself for that fight.

Bette walked into the living room and took a seat on the couch. She felt strangely empty without Tina sitting beside her. Not alone because she felt emotionless. Tina let Bette undress her real thoughts and emotions without ever looking back. She was lost without Tina now. Bette pulled out a sheet of paper and started writing.

Tina- well what can I say? For starters how about im so sorry. I cant stop thinking about you even after you told me to get lost. For what i did is unforgivable. However Id like to think we never really played by the rules and that maybe you could find it in your heart to love me again. I know, we keep saying its over but it just cant be. If it were over then why do i still love so you much? Why cant i see myself without you? All i do is think about you, about us. The truth is im a wreck, im losing my mind! With you i could breathe but now i feel like theres a rope around my neck and everyday we spend apart it gets tighter and tighter. We belong together. Please give me another chance because i figured something out. Love makes you crazy but its a wonderful crazy. Life without love is just empty. And thats what i am without you. Bette walked outside to the mailbox and placed the letter inside. Within a few days Tina would get it and decide whether she loved Bette anymore. Please God, if youre there we need to talk! Bette shouted. She didnt cry, she walked into the house and prayed for forgiveness.

Three Days Later
Tina received a letter with Bettes return address. She opened it up and read it quickly. Tears fulled her eyes and she walked back into the house. She picked up the phone and dialed a number. Bette? I just got your letter…no im fine. She paused. Can we talk? there was another pause. I miss you too.
