“Of course I want that with you…….”

TWO WEEKS LATER: County Courthouse….Trial of Mr. Eric Roberts:
“Mr. Roberts, where were you on the day in question?” asked District Attorney, Bob Wyatt as he walked out from around his table……..
“ I was with some friends…..” answered Eric………
I had come in a few minutes late, and taken a seat in the back of the courtroom. I looked at this man, and remembering the beating that Tina took, the scars that still remained, I wanted to hang him out to dry with my own hands……I looked around the courtroom at the jury, and the everyday people that were present……in the front row, third seat from the left, I spotted her…….sitting with her dad and sisters…..She didn’t have to be here today, she wouldn’t be testifying yet….and yet, here she was…….
The prosecution continued, “Do you know a Tina Kennard?”
“Yes sir I do…..that’s her right there…..” answered Eric as he pointed to Tina and smirked…….
“And what is your relation to her?”
“She is…..well was…..my girlfriend before someone beat her up, and I got blamed for it……”
“Ok. And how was your relationship with Miss Kennard? Was it rocky or was it good at the time that this crime was committed?”
“It was great…….we had an amazing life together…….great sex…….” he said as he grinned……..everyone in the courtroom let out a small laugh at that comment……well, everyone cept for me……I was getting angrier and angrier by the minute…….the thought of her being with him……..I felt sick to my stomach……
“You said that you were with your friends on the day in question, I don’t recall any of your friends coming forward to tell their story about you being with them…….are you sure that was the day in question?”
“yes sir. I remember that day quite well……”
And before anything else could be said, Tina rose from her seat……… and started yelling…… “I remember that day too now……you almost beat me into a coma…..I didn’t know who I was for days……” she cried…….I stood from the back row, and walked fastly to where she was…….. I took her into my arms….. “It’s ok baby….” I whispered into her ear……. “Come on….let’s get some fresh air….” As we walked to the door, everyone stared in horror of the break out that had happened……we got outside……and she turned to me, and fell into my arms crying……I just held her……..

Bette’s taking care of Tina is so freakin’ cute. I hope they bust Eric’s ass, and then B&T can live happily ever after.

Eric need to die or hope they will put him to jail forever for hurting Tina. A little fight for B&T but they are will go through this and Bette will take care of Tina. Ok post soon please, thanks!

Eric will probably walk…which is sad. I am glad Bette is sticking by Tina….hopefully she can get rid of her demons and they can move forward.

Someone better step in and do something to Eric before I jump into this story and get him myself. I can understand Tina not wanting Bette to know about the rape, but for her sake Bette does need to know. If Tina were to freak out then Bette would understand and be able to help Tina work through those rough patches.
Such a blatant liar! And why wouldn’t a staff member have mentioned the rape? Please continue this very soon! Castration would be too kind…

First…Eric is a DINK!!!!! Up the river with him.Second….My heart ached when Bette was telling Tina she was afraid to love her emotionally right now….that she was so hurt by Sara, and wanted to be sure she could let herself love again. God…..I can just feel that pain. Great job Wildie….keep up the good work! Loving the story.
