Tibette – Season 5 (Filler Between Episode 11 and 12)
*******************************
Bette and Tina lay on their bed facing one another, gazing into each other’s eyes. Neither one said anything for several minutes, both of them being drained from events during the day and just now at the side of their pool.
Finally, Bette spoke up. “I missed this. This view of you, in my bed. I missed us. Honestly I am scared to fall asleep and wake to find this all a dream.”
“Shhhhh,” Tina breathed, and brushed some of Bette’s brown curls to the side of her face. “I am right here, Bette. Will you let me hold you?” Bette smiled and turned so her back was facing Tina, who scooted closer until she was the big spoon. Now this is different, Tina thought; I am the big spoon for once. Even though things got hot and heavy between them earlier, neither had the strength to continue though they both wanted to. Not long after, they both drifted off into peaceful sleep.
*******************************
The sun’s rays struck Bette’s face and caused her eyes to shutter open. She enjoyed their warmth on her skin, but more than that she enjoyed feeling the arm that was holding her close, knowing it belonged to the woman she loved: sweet Tina. I could definitely get used to this, again, she thought to herself and couldn’t fight a small chuckle. The vibration from her laugh caused Tina to stir, and Bette heard her let out a contented sigh.
“I could get used to this,” Tina said, “waking up with you in my arms.”
Bette turned to face her lover and after a moment said, “Me, too.”
“But I thought you liked being the big spoon,” Tina retorted.
“I do, but this is nice for a change.”
They stared at one another for several moments and then Tina cocked an eyebrow at Bette.
“What?” was all Bette could think to say.
After a flash in her eyes and a quick smirk, Tina said “So, you lied to me…”
Taken aback a little bit, Bette said “What? When? What do you mean?”
“The party. At Shane and Jenny’s. When I got drunk and passed out on your couch…” Bette was going to reply but Tina continued, “When I asked you if you were in love with Jodi. You said you were, but I could tell it wasn’t true. You hesitated. The Bette Porter I know never hesitates when she is sure of something like that. Why? Why didn’t you tell me then how you really felt?”
“Oh I don’t know, Tee. Maybe it was because moments before you had just lied to me – about being sorry about what happened at SheBar,” was Bette’s reply. She had a blank look on her face.
“I guess we are both guilty, then,” Tina said, “and liars deserve punishment ya know?” The smirk had returned to her face and she caught a glint of understanding in Bette’s eyes. That was all the encouragement she needed to roll on top of Bette and take charge. For the next hour Bette and Tina rekindled their love for one another with passionate love making like never before, each of them thinking the same thing: it’s good to be home.

Hi Christina,
Lovely story. I hope to read more fillers!!!
Thank you so much – I have a few more and will post soon.
Hi! Thank you for story!
I don’t know about Bette was willing to talk with Jenny at night – it’s seems strange. First – because she at high, and second – she never liked her.
Bette was willing to talk because of Tina’s urging… after Jodi, Bette was softer in my opinion. She did it for Tina, for their relationship (imho)
Also for once Bette seemed to understand that she never gave Tina the chance to be the assertive one in bed. Tina rarely got to hold Bette because Bette didn’t allow it. It was Bettes’ MO to always controlling the whole moment. To get the last word you might say.
Hi Christina:
Very nice story, filling the gaps between episodes is something that we missed here.
Hope you post more of this type of stories.
