Christian enters ‘The Planet´. He goes straight to the bar and asks to speak with the owner. One of the employees asks him to take a seat at one of the tables and wait a few minutes. Christian sits, and ten minutes later Kit finally appears.

Kit: "Hello!! Kit Porter…the owner in person."

Christian shakes hands with her and says: "Hi, Christian Di Martino…nice to meet you."

Kit sits down. "First, can I offer you something to drink?"

Christian: "No, thank you, I’m in little bit of a hurry."

Kit: "So…let’s talk. What can I do for you?"

Christian: "We have a mutual friend, and today’s her birthday."

Kit start to remember the girls’ birthdays. "Not Alice, …or Jenny either. Bette’s and Tina’s are already past… Shane’s, too… Would it be Helena’s?"

Christian realizes that she doesn’t know who he’s referring to. "Today is Carmen’s birthday…the DJ."

Kit slaps her head. "Carmen, right! What an idiot I am!!! I completely forgot. But I don’t understand what you’re doing here…. Carmen is in New York and it’s been months since anyone heard anything about her."

Christian: "Carmen is at her mom’s house. She came back Thursday night."

Kit is happy at the news. "Really? You don’t know how much I want to see that crazy girl!!! Let me guess, you’re the mysterious friend that stole her from me and took her to New York."

Christian laughs. "That’s right, the thief in person." He looks at his watch and says, "Well, I want to throw her a surprise birthday party and since she’s constantly talking about this place…I thought it would be perfect to hold it here."

Kit shakes hands with him: "Done!! And what do you have in mind?"

Christian: "I’m going to her house – she doesn’t know I’m here – and I’m going to ask her to go out to celebrate her birthday with me at some nightclub. You and her friends would have to be here acting like no one remembers it’s her birthday … then when she least expects it, we cut the music and turn off the lights, and when we turn them back on, a cake appears and we all wish her happy birthday!!. A typical party. I was going to bring a band to play but I stopped myself."
