NOW:

“Okay we’re all ears baby sis.” said Kit as she patted her sister’s hand.

“Thanks Kit.” looking around the table, she saw that all eyes and ears were now focus on her. These were the people she called her friends and family.

But she had to wonder was this really a good idea. Maybe a quieter setting would have been better. Helena nudged her shoulder to go on. Clearing her throat she began to speak. “Well you know that we’ve been getting along really well, right? But something has changed between us and..”

“Are you guys fighting again? What is it with you two?”

“Alice you promised” whispered Shane.

“No I didn’t. I said I could be quiet, but I never said I would.” she then looked back at Bette & Helena. “I just don’t get you two.” shaking her head.

“Alice we are not fighting” said Helena smiling. “Yet”

This caused Bette to turn in her seat. “Yet?”

Helena sat back into her seat and shrugged her shoulders. “Yes not yet.”

“Okay.” turning back around in her seat she responded to Alice remarks. “Alice we are not fighting, yet.” as she looked over at Helena and smiled.

“Well if you two aren’t fighting what else could be going on with you two? Because you sure as hell aren’t sleeping together.”

Bette cocked her eyebrow. “And why couldn’t we be sleeping together Alice.” Bette seriously asked.

“Don’t make me laugh Bette, ha hah. Come on that would be like me and Shane hooking up. It just wouldn’t happen. You two are just too much alike. Okay I’ll give you this. You two would look hot together and probably would have mind blowing sex considering your reputations. But after the sex what would be left? Bette lets face it you are somewhat a control freak , plus you are a bad girl and a workaholic. Well you can be. And Helena you can be over bearing as well and you are a runner who also happens to be a bad girl. So you see it wouldn’t last. With both of your domineering tendencies you two would be at it all the time. And probably not in a good way. That would be a disaster in the making.”
