    Alice and Dana go below the belt, Victoria like to hit above

    Alice and Cliff lay on the couch, the writer on top of her boyfriend watching sportscenter. Dana was mentioned and Cliff could feel the tension in Alice’s body,

    "Whoa, what just happened babe?" Alice sat up with her chin on his chest confused,

    "What are you talking about?" Cliff ran his hands through the writers hair and smiled.

    "You tensed up when they started talking about your friend, and you were a little jumpy when she showed up at the coffeehouse, what’s that all about?" Alice sighed wrapping her arms around and under him, pulling him closer.

    "We just….haven’t been talking much lately, we used to be best friends but…" the blonde trailed off and Cliff took her face in her hands, seeing how much the athlete’s friendship meant to the blonde writer.

    "Then make things right with Dana, Al. Just get Dana alone and do the ‘girl talk’ thing you’re so good at." The writer smiled nodding sheepishly,

    ‘Right…talk.’ Cliff took another breath in as Alice formulated her wording,

    "I guess Dana’s going with me to San Diego the day after tomorrow, none of my other good-for-nothing friends slash boyfriends would go so she offered." Alice mocked and Cliff tickled her, causing the writer to roar in laughter.

    "I told you I’d go baby, I’ll put off my meeting and I’ll reschedule for the weekend." Alice did not want Cliff to reschedule, if the designer did that he’d have too much work over the weekend and Alice’s special party was Sunday.

    "It’s fine, Dana’s going I’ll have company." Alice did want a chance to talk to the athlete though she was scared at what might occur on the two hour trip. Cliff nodded and placed a kiss on the writer’s nose diverting his attention back to the television, Alice’s attention however was firmly locked on a number three ranked tennis player. Silence filled the room for a moment before Alice began to think aloud,

    "She looked good though….A lot tanner than the last time I saw her….and she’s super buff too, did you see her arms they were like Terminator big you know? But they weren’t gross, or too big, her muscles were like long and smooth." Cliff stared at her confused as to why Alice kept going on about Dana,

    1. uh oh…could they be having a bit of car trouble along the road? Great update! When you started off with alice attacking dana, I thought it was real! But of course not, you have to be a tease and trick us all. But of course there’s a long way till they work it out, it’s like all things in life. Great update though, I can’t wait for the next one!!! :)

The ‘fight’ Dana and Victoria had was really funny. :D And like Dawson, you got me there, I really thought Alice was making a move on Dana!!! :PThe most emotional and painful break-up…and you are just giving it us piece by piece. ;) Was this THE break-up scene or is Alice going to be backand will the famous words ‘I don’t think I can live without you’ be spoken? I’m looking forward to the 2-hour drive (dare I look forward to that? :) ). With the car trouble ahead, at one point the need to stop at a garage and maybe have yet another encounter in the restroom? :P

    5. Great Update!! They have a long road to travel together both to San Diego and in their relationship. But nothing that a little car trouble wont fix…they may even have to spend the night together in a far to small bed. hahaha I am loving this story and I’ll keep reading as long as you keep writing. Can’t wait for the next installment.

    6. I love this story. Like everyone else I thought whoa…they’re back, but it’s better this way, sex is not to foremost, it’s communication that’s going to see these two through. I think they make such an awesome pair. Love your Fic…can’t wait for Chapt. 12…heh, heh…hope it’s NC17. Cheers!!

For some reason, I think I’m going to enjoy the drug induced Dana. :) But quit the daydreaming (it messes with my mind) I especially love, “I want to see in your eyes, everything I do to you. Car troubles ahead… I guess you’ll make me wonder about that. I wonder about you too… if you tease me I might have to look ahead to see if it’s real, lol. Great post. I want more. Can I be your biggest fan?
